Love these people that put in orders and now don't want them for reasons they knew before they ordered. That deprives people who really want theirs of possibly getting them. Guess I have more integity than that.

Update: received a new estimate from Carvana this morning with a value of $36, 108. A $4,000 increase in the past nine days. Also, it is now higher than what I paid.

Does anyone know how soon we can get a quote from Carvana, Vroom, etc? I have a vin# but I'm not scheduled to be built until the end of July. I no longer need the XLT AWD EB but I might buy it to quickly sell it if there is money to be made. I tried to get a quote from Carvana but it came back and said they were stumpled, lol. I really don't want to get stuck with this truck if I can't sell it for a quick profit.

Is the market cooling down a bit? I saw people posting that Carvana is dropping offers by a few thousand recently.
The prices offered change because of supply and demand where you live.

When inventory is tight and demand is high prices increase.

When inventory is loose and demand is low prices decrease.

Simple "Supply & Demand" logic.

With MY2024 Maverick prices increasing and the Hybrid now costing an additional $1500 I expect used Maverick prices to increase going forward especially the Hybrid Maverick.

Gonna be A LOT of disappointed would-be Maverick owners come later this summer, when the order bank closes again in less than a week and everyone who wants a Maverick late summer and fall realizing they missed the order window and either have to buy a used truck or wait until July of 2024 to place an order and get in line for their 2025...

This can do nothing but help keep used Maverick prices/demand strong, IMO. I agree prices are down a bit in the past month, but I'd be surprised if they don't rebound very soon with all the hype over the 2024 order banks opening and then closing and folks realizing it's going to be another long wait to get "their" Maverick.
