I'm currently a deployed solider and am considering buying a Maverick through MAS program for soldiers overseas. My contact says he expects to get about 3% off MSRP and can have the car delivered to the nearest ford dealership to me in Tampa Fl. Unfortunately right now he says he's unable to process an order, and is convinced dealerships aren't "really" able to process orders yet. If you think you can work a better deal with me please hit me up via my email! [email protected]. I'm expecting to come home in November so I'm trying to have an order finalized sooner then later.

Just a thought/question -- if these dealerships are taking and exorbitant amount of orders, does that mean relatively fewer of them will be filled in each run due to allotment being spread out across all dealerships (including your local dealers)?

I.e. if a dealership has 75 orders, they may fill a small amount on first batch, more on second, the rest of those 75 on the third round? If this dealership has 1,500 orders, they won't get those orders filled for longer due to Ford allotments spread over so many dealerships?

the allocation for retail orders and the process of putting the customers info in COVP is above and beyond stock allocation…could your wait be a little longer than being the 1st at your local dealer…yes…but does the savings @ 4% under invoice outweigh the wait? Only you can decide that…patience is a virtue we all don’t have…lol
