I bought a Sentry CT for my 2023 XLT and the TS rails and had major headaches with the installation since the box was simply not wide enough - especially near the cab. We ended up having to cut 2.5" of vertical leg from the front of the TS rails as well as two small pieces of the overlapping vinyl box cap alon the vertical too. This then gave us a perfectly square box to work with (53" clear cap face to face). Eventually managed to get 1/16th inch clearance when rolling it up/down but only by not replacing the factory Sentry weatherstripping with the superthin stuff provided.I use the Elevate TS rails to support a self-built folding ladder rack, and I've been searching for a hard folding cover that will fit between the T-slots with my mounts installed. I tried an early version of the BAK Revolver but it would not fit with the Elevate rails sandwiched in too. That experience also made me want to avoid any cover with wide/fragile extruded aluminum mounting rails that impede side access to the bed. Can you comment on the shape of the rails regarding their interference when reaching over the side into the bed, and how tight the fitment (width) is with the Elevate system in place?

Realtruck started out with good support and said the modifications wouldn't affect the warranty. However it took a while to convince them of the problem and to get answers over the better part of a week and they STILL don't really believe me that the fit is this tight (it is!).
So far it's working fine and I think we can live with this as long as the Sentry width doesn’t expand in the track on a hot summer day. I suppose time will tell.
