I too have a cheat sheet, but it is for all of stuff that I think is important and like to have on hand:
  • VIN
  • Paint Codes
  • Stock Tire type, size and pressure
  • Wiper sizes
  • Oil type and quantity
  • Coolant type and quantity (for both the radiator and hybrid battery)
  • Part Numbers
    • Air Filter
    • Oil Filter
    • Battery
    • Spark Plugs
    • 12V Battery
    • Cabin Air Filter

Here ya go.

Now, this is specific to my trim package ('22 Lariat Lux Hybrid in Oxford White) Some of these numbers will vary if you have an ecoboost, such as coolant and oil levels. You'll have to update it to match your ride.

Thanks, the only thing that should be different on mine is the color (Atlas Blue)

Suggestion for hybrid:
-Pull tab location for fuel door.
-Location of red pull tab to place in neutral if complete electrical failure and L pushbutton doesn't work. It is located under the small door in the console just ahead of the cell phone prop. You must lift out the rubber liner to find it.

Yep, I have always maintained the same list in every car I owned. Not that I ever LOOKED at the list. I usually found it when I cleaned out the glove compartment to trade in the car on another one. The story of my life.

That's some good "knock on wood" going on there! :D

Your cheat sheet is a good idea. Along a similar path, I put tabs on the pages of the manual for those things and a few others, like how to get to the spare tire and where to place the jack.

Good idea. Thanks for sharing.

I'm a pretty prepared dude... but other than the phone numbers for those of you close enough to use them for towing or in cell service areas for that matter, I don't see much a point in this. Seems borderline dementia patient reminders.

Part numbers, fluid capacities, paint codes, and things of that nature I can understand in the garage and such, but a reminder how to place the wipers in service mode and citing a forum members handle. lol. ok then. Which, btw, you don't need to turn the vehicle on for - it just can't be running. You can move them by hand when the vehicle is off.

You do you though. Just my take. Don't take offense. I need to write a lot of :poop: down but none of this is it lol.

I don't see any need for that kind of stuff in the glove box, but I do have an "Info" tab in my MPG calculator spread sheet that has all of that and more.
