There's a "feature" you can enable: park the truck for several days and once it goes into "deep sleep" no more welcome/courtesy lights :) Once enabled this "feature" is a bit difficult to disable, driving a few hundred miles may or may not disable it.

I bought a Jason Pace Plus - $2558 installed in 2023. Also installed a Bed Rug (put it in before the top was set on). It does have a drop down window in the front which is a necessity to keep the outside of the Maverick rear window and topper windows clean.
