Did you install a on-and-off switch or do they come on with the factory headlights?

They have a switch in the kit, and there is away to the run the light without the switch. However you can hide the switch.

They replied back to me in another thread that they have discussed designing one for fx4, but it’s not in the works yet. Can’t imagine that they won’t do it at some point, even if it involves removing the tow hooks. I’ve been waiting to see if someone other than me is willing to drop the $300 to see if the existing set up will work, if the tow hooks are removed. I don’t want to be the guinea pig lol.

You'll have to see the future works, but the removal of the tow hooks is most likely necessary.

Possibly with the removal of the tow hooks 🪝. But I have an FX4, I can say they won't fit the Tremor. I hope the they make one of soon cause off roading with no extra light at night is sketch. I will order some of there ditch lights when I recover from the foglight kit.

Those lights look amazing. I'd love to see where you mounted the button for them. The button is my only hang up on this kit so far.

You can leave it under the dash, the lights come on automatically with the low beam head light for the foglight, automatically with the side running lights. So the switch is just to turn them off really. They have a pretty good install video. I love the functionality of the factory switch no extras.

You can leave it under the dash, the lights will come on with the low beam headlights, and the daytime running lights come on with the side marker lights. The switch it just to turn them off.

I just got notice that mine arrived at my home in Arizona, but I'm in Mexico at present. I'll get them on an airport trip mid February (well, 11 days from now actually).

I too ordered the F150 switch, and will learn from a few brave souls who install the combination before me...

Yeah.... not giving up the hooks. Not mounting cowl lights either.
But... bar type lights for the center grille capable of white/yellow and smaller lights to fit the plug portion of the hook trim would certainly be considered.

Nice!! I was looking at their website too. That kit is awesome. I don't have the driveway or garage to take on a large diy project like that at the moment. One day!

Looks perfect! A lot of work, but you did a great job. If my truck continues to no longer give me "sleep" battery issues, I may do this eventually. Any electrical modifications done to one's Maverick seems to "frost" your local dealer. If you bring your truck in with electrical concerns and you have done "modifications". They take one look at your truck and its, "You got a short somewhere because of your wiring, take if off and bring it back". Ha! After a few more thousand miles of driving, I might jump at this!! Great job!!
