I have actually received two. One arrived yesterday and hasn’t been opened yet the other is for software. On the Ford app there is another message regarding an update that can be done from home.

How are you guys seeing this in the app? I got the recall for the blinker in the mail, but I still see nothing in the Ford Pass app about it. Where are you seeing that info, exactly?

Yep. Got it in the mail today. The dealership contacted me and came to my house to fix it two weeks ago.

Just curious if anyone knows . . .will a software fix like this wipe out any Forscan changes?
I was planning to disable the double beep and enable global windows but I might put them off if they will be wiped out.

I believe I have seen others say yes, it wiped some/all of their custom settings. So make sure you have a list of the edits you have made so you can go back in and see if they need to be changed again.

Recall was for software on the turn signal. Recall notice 23C41. Anyone else get one?

Just got mine on Saturday. 1st one I got since I picked up vehicle in January.

My 22' XL will be going in this Friday. Looks like I will likely have to reprogram my Cruise Control and TPMS disable after the recall fix. I'll just laugh if they mention anything about my LED's, Auto Start/Stop Eliminator, and Catch Can.

Got mine yesterday. I'm not really concerned about it. I passed on the airbag one because I didn't want them screwing up my headliner and they were clueless as to how long it would take, and TBH, I just hate the FORD dealers around me. I went to another state to pick my truck up for a reason.

I'm in the same boat. I got the recall notice for the blinker in the mail, but I don't see anything in the FordPass app. But it does show on Ford Owner Web Services website.

If you sell private party, won't matter. Dealer "might" check but if it's Ford they would just perform the recall anyway.

Be careful if you have LED turn/stop bulbs (rear bulbs). Unless you have the newest Lasfit T-3 bulbs this update will cause your dash turn indicators to hyper flash. Ford has been notified by many on this site, myself included and Ford has acknowledged the issue but no fix yet. I have T-3 bulbs on order from Lasfit (gave me 50 percent off!). Also, some have been able to use Forscan to stop the hyper flash issue by disabling turn signal bulb outage setting. Good luck!

I have 2022 FE Hybrid. What has confuddled me on this recall is the turn signal recall has to be done today at my home even though I have state safety inspection and emissions recall tomorrow at the dealership.
