2024 lariat hybrid, BAP, roll over order from a 2023 order.

Got email august 24th, that truck would go into production week of Oct 23rd.

Got another email November 2nd at 4:43am that the truck is in production Almost built..... "
We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Just wanted to give you an update on the status of your Maverick Lariat order. While production of your vehicle was projected to begin the week of October 23, 2023, supply chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty.

This is frustrating, we get it. We want nothing more than to get your Ford up on the line and start assembling it. And we will continue to work hard to reduce the delays to try to get you on the road in your new vehicle soon.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we get more information, at least once every 45 days. Hang in there. We really do appreciate your patience and understanding."

I do the tracker thing on the email and it shows " in production Oct 26th " with no further updates.

When I click on the link to the window sticker it says window sticker has not yet been released for this vehicle.

I put the VIN into some site I have seen mentioned on here to check the status of the modules and it appears the modules are active.

Maybe its built but waiting for the bedliner spray? Or waiting for some other part like headlights or something?

I am in the same boat. Ford Tracking shows in Production since 21 October 2023. Modules are alive. No further updates yet. 2024 XL Hybrid Cactus grey Maverick that was a 2023 rollover. Only option was a trailer hitch. VIN# 11374

My guess is that those of us with Lariats on order are seeing the delay while it's sent off-site for the SIBL.

Mine stayed "In Production" for two weeks. Also got the email that you received about "supply chain challenges." Got changed to "Built" on Nov 2nd. Now, the tracker went back to just "Order Recieved" haha. I am now waiting on "Shipped" status. My dealer said estimate is Nov 28 - Dec 4 for delivery to the dealer. Just be patient man, I am impatient as well since it's so close to becoming mine, but all we can do is wait.

It certainly is a frustrating process. I feel felt your pain, and can't imagine what people who have been in limbo for years are feeling. Samus, it sounds like you're right on the verge of getting your new truck. But don't hold me to that! ;)

Mine sat in "in production" for two weeks despite not actually having any dealer add-ons. It flipped to "built" about an hour before it flipped to "shipped."

Mine has been in production since like 11/3 had a build week of 11/6. The window sticker page from that same email hasn’t worked but the other link did so I’ve got my window sticker. The modules link hasn’t been active until this afternoon when they all populated. So now I guess I wait
No other emails other than the scheduling one from about mid Sept.

Mine did the same thing. Said it was built then I got a text update and a call from my Ford dealer saying the ETA is Nov 26th - Dec 2. Went back to Order Confirmed so I'm guessing it's just awaiting shipment. Wonder how long it will take to get to Jersey after being shipped.

Do a chat with Ford. Give your order number and VIN. They can tell you what is not being updated on the tracker. I was in the same boat. I chatted and they were able to tell me it was built, the date and estimated delivery date.

My '24 Lariat Hybrid HPR, ('23 rollover), Moonroof only option, has been in "production" since 10/26 ( 2 weeks). I did a Ford Chat 1 week ago(11/1). They said it just came back from "body company". I did another chat tonight (11/8) and all they could say was, in production, came back from "body company". Check with my dealer. I'm a patient 70 year old guy, it will get here soon, but ....

Wow that's quite a long time to pass since the modules were activated. There must be a big line of Lariats waiting to have the spray in bed liner done. Ask Ford for the secondary status to see what it's waiting for.

I'm guessing that the SIBL at the body company is not done in any particular order i.e. first in first out. Your Maverick could be sitting in a lot waiting for its turn as the lot fills up with other Lariats coming off the production line.

If yours is back from the body company then that is a good sign. It should be shipping pretty soon.
