Can't give you the exact details as I had my mechanic do it since I live in an apartment. A heat gun was used on a low setting. Cleaned and waxed it even though there was hardly any residue left behind. Best to protect the paint. Haven't regretted doing it at all and I do plan to do the ones...

Thanks! Saw some other members awhile back post about the emblem swap. Had it sitting around waiting for a warm enough day to apply everything. Got them off ebay under OEM Ford Tremor badge. Had one arrive damaged, second one I dropped so I ordered more. Found another bed decal I like better.

My Azure is a great color. Changes depending on the light. Sometimes it's an ice blue other times a deep purple/blue or even a denim.

Added the 3D Tremor badges to the tailgate and the inner part of the trim around the headlights. Also added the Ford tailgate spoiler with some platinum black tailgate letters. They look either like a shiny gray or chrome. Later this week I'll be adding EGR in-channel rainguards. Still debating...

Looks good! Applying the Ford black platinum tailgate letters to my Azure Tremor today. Got a set of the Ford polished stainless steel ones I need to throw up on the Facebook marketplace. Decided black platinum was what I wanted after debating a bit.

First off glad you're ok and the Mav is getting fixed. That deer looked like it was sliding on ice after the hit! Did you add the music or was that on the radio? Kinda timed perfectly right before the hit is why I'm asking.

That's probably the best thing to do. I'd rather know 100% than find out about it later. Plus if you ever sell the truck and someone finds out there is damage there later they may think you tried to pull a fast one on them.

Can anyone measure the height of their Tremors badge/sticker height on the tailgate? I took mine off to put on the better badge and dropped the new one face down adhesive first into dirt. So I had to order a new one. It rained a few days after and I didn't have anything I wanted on my paint...
