    Sad to read this with a 24! My 24 xlt hybrid has been flawless the past week sitting outside in brutal MN temps... I remote start it every am for 5min or so then slowly drive out of neighborhood. But now I'm knocking on wood...sad to have to worry about with a brand new truck with 1k miles

    Update....MUCH better with the 225 vs the 235 yok geolander cv 4s (which I experienced for 2 days in exact same conditions). This is a new 3 peak snowflake tire and I will report on how they work in snow when we get some!

    I just mounted Yokohama geolander cv 4s...there was a mixup I got 235/65/17 instead of oem 225/65/17 (xlt hybrid)...BUT Discount Tire is replacing with oem size! The stock conti's weigh 24lbs, 225 yok's 27lbs, 235 yok's 31lbs...fyi

    Well the past 1.5years my 22 f150 lariat powerboost has averaged 23.7 mpg and it tows 11k pounds. Just grabbed this maverick hybrid 2 weeks ago... keeping both!

    Except fuel economy is THE primary reason for buying a mav (besides it being a truck). But I will bite...I would ALL DAY take the hybrids ecvt trans over the clunker 8sp in the eco...all day!
