My door panel was scraped upon arrival. Shipping company verified it was there when they got it. He has pictures. Whom do I contact? Local dealer? Ford?

I'm having a similar problem with my Maverick. The bottom of my front bumper was badly scraped during transport. I was unable to inspect in person. I had it shipped but the shipper noticed the damage and told the dealer and took pictures. Thankfully. Not sure if this helps though.If you don't document the damage prior to signing the paper work and driving off it is yours to fix. The dealers are required to inspect them (what they can do quickly) on delivery and put damage on the delivery sheet to go back against the transport company.
Some say the interior scratches when a mosquito lands on it so get used to it.
I had a Jeep with damaged fender flare and hard top by the truck transport but it was delivered at 4:00 in the morning and a security guard signed it in so the dealer pulled parts off a stock unit so I wouldn't have to wait for weeks for replacement/repairs.
I think all new Mavericks come like this. Yours is nothing compared to how I received mine. Your door panel actually is one of the best I've seen on this forum. Mine had way more scuffs and scratches. Dealer refused to do anything about it. I only have 90 miles on my Maverick, just got it.My door panel was scraped upon arrival. It's a deep scratch into the panel about 3" long in one area and scuffed throughout .. Doesn't show well in pics and that's as cleaned up as I could . Clearly during transit from the factory to the dealer. It's off putting and doesn't bode well for long term use especially after reading reviews.Those are scratches? Maybe the pic doesn't do them justice? Give it about a month and those scratches will be part of the many lol.
The bumper from the other poster, yes, I'd have that replaced. But the small scratches on the door? Not worth the effort. I also take VERY good care of my interior, but you'll soon find out that even looking at it wrong will scratch it. 303 it and ignore it.
