Door Panel vibrations

Both my driver and passenger front door panels rattle/vibrate over bums and with speakers on. I shoved some business cards in the bottom section and that seemed to help.

My rear passenger panel is rattling this morning. I assume it's because of the temperature change because it didn't do it when I picked it up.

I found my rattle in the rear door. The gas spout behind the rear seats came loose and was rattling. Once I secured it the rattle was gone.

The Gas Spout??? The gas spout for the truck? The spout that fills the truck with fuel?
If so, how does that come loose?

They mean the little white funnel the factory give you.

Yes, or adding fuel treatment etc. It's needed because of the capless fuel filler.

Thanks for that info. What's the funnel for? Emergency fuel-ups?

Specifically the capless fuel filler neck wants something the size of a gas dispensing nozzle to properly open the sealing valve. So if you're using a spout-less gas can or something that doesn't have a spout the right size Ford provides the funnel to use.

Mine rattles too, with medium base, and some bumpy roads. It seems to stop with windows rolled down. I wonder if the cold temp cause tape or adhesive to get lose for wires in the door panels. It happens more on my driver side. But I have heard from both Driver and passenger side. Music is at 10 vol. and bass is dead center on the setting.

I noticed I have a rattle in the dash with highway driving.
