Looks like Ford burned through a lot hybrids and xls with the scheduling of many '23 rollovers.
Well, they sure didn't get to my order! Even if they finally get to it in December, it will be 16 months before I get a truck! Mine is a rollover, so go figure.

Sweet deal. Just get me scheduled when you can Ford. Appreciate the hard work you're doing and sorry for the ones you have to deal with.

If dates hold 24's start rolling down the line on Oct 16th. So Ford is running out of time for the end of production on the 23's.

Exhausted and Limited availability are for November scheduling only. Essentially, if Ford only plans to have the parts to make 10 hybrids, they aren't going to schedule 11. Once we roll over to December scheduling, those items should return as Ford should be planning to have a fresh batch of parts available.

Only "balanced out" means Ford is not scheduling any more this model year.
100%
usually 'balanced out' means that this is the very last of that model yr production B4 we begin the next model yrs production run.

odd factoid; during 'balance out' at the end of the model yr Ford would run a whole gang of just white colored vehicles, at least at my plant. i was told this served 2 main purposes. one, this was when the vast majority of the 'plain jane' minimally equipped vehicles for the big fleet orders were run. think Hertz; Fed-Ex and such. next big reason was to make it easier for the paint dept to flush out all the various paint and solvent lines before setting up for whichever colors were to be newly introduced and which ones discontinued.

i dont know if this sounds like some kind of 'urban factory myth' but i saw it happen that way every yr i worked on the line at a assembly plant in Ohio. i'm aware that observation is not causation, but EVERY yrs production run ALWAYS ended with white vehicles for days as far as the eye could see. the only exception would be a 'special' order that they had to get built, maybe a few dozen a day that last week or so.

Exhausted Availability means they will not be scheduling XLs or orders with Hard Trifold Tonneaus for the rest of November scheduling. Their planned allotment has been used up for that scheduling period.

Limited Availability means they could schedule some of those options, but it won't be many. So, Any orders with a hybrid engine, splash guards, or that particular tire may be scheduled, but there aren't that many left.

Balanced Out means Ford is done scheduling for the entire model year of that option. This does not apply to the Maverick at this time.

Once Ford opens the scheduling books for December, you will likely find many of the above limitations removed.
Commadorebob thanks for your on point breakdown. to the best of my knowledge from working there thats EXACTLY what Ford means when they describe their upcoming production schedules.

Your dealership should keep you in the loop. Once you get your VIN it’s headed to be built
i've been buying cars from the same dealership for many yrs now and i have good relationships with the folks there, but i am growing frustrated with their inability to keep me up to date as regards my '24 Mav order
. i frequently learn/know more about Maverick's from hanging out on this site than they do while getting paid to sell them.
i apologize to my good friends at Auto Nation Ford Westlake if this sounds harsh, there are many good people there.
if its any consolation i have yet to come across ANY salesperson at ANY dealership who was as well informed about the Mav as most regulars on this site are.
how best should/can i go get this info by myself? i do have a order number e-mail from Ford but no VIN so far. i already have a '23 Hybrid purchased off the lot that doesnt have everything i would of ordered. but if its gonna be another yr or so and thousands of $$ more i may just keep the one i already have.

Supposedly I'm the next Eco at my dealer and an XL. Scheduled on July 18th first thing in AM.

Wondering if rollover XL hybrids are still eating up all the XL trim. My and my dealers original logic was that an early ECO XL order would be ok. However, I'm now wondering if rollovers will take all XL trim for this year and I'll never get built despite being Eco. 🤷‍♂️☹

Allocation is King. You can look at the latest report on the big scheduling Thursday, you will find that some new 2024 XL Hybrid orders got scheduled recently.

I checked in to see my order like I do almost every morning to say hi to my truck, and my scheduled week date bumped from 11/27 to 11/06. This sounds awesome, but I am probably the only person on this site who reallllly needed it to not get delivered until next January or February and would have been much happier to see the schedule go to a later date. LOL

I had a 23 XL hybrid ordered and in April it seemed clear it wasn’t going to be built this MY so I bought an F-150. I’m in the same boat. I want the Maverick but the later the better- I don’t need to buy two trucks in the same calendar year.

I was emailed that I was 904 in line, I have order a cyber grey mav with regular equipment, sprayed in bedliner, tow hitch, with all weather flooring and the 360 safety package. With this said what would be my estimated delivery date?

There is no "line". Who gave you that info, the dealer or Ford?
Scheduling is determined based on a number of factors such as parts availability and dealer allocation.

Also, welcome to the forums!
