9/14/23 Scheduling Email Received Group [EMAILS NOW ARRIVING!]

I wanted to order a 2023 Maverick but missed the short order bank window by a day. I had a dealer attempt to put in an order for me, but it never went through. I've been keeping a close eye on things and was ready to pounce once the order bank opened on July 17th. I considered ordering through Long McArthur, and follow their channel on YouTube, but they did not take new orders this year. I called around to local dealerships and found one willing to sell at MSRP, had allocations and a few hybrid carryovers and seemed just as knowledgeable as I was about the order bank, allocation, priority, etc. He placed my order on the 17th with a priority 10.

It won't be available until about a week before your production date.

Mine was not available until right at the production date. I checked days before and it was not there.

Once again, Ford, have you forgotten about the XL's??? 360 days for my order, and still waiting to get scheduled. Will be at least 15 months before I can get a plain XL ecoboost with only full size spare, tow hitch, and rubber bed mat. Now that Ford talked me into changing to Ecoboost, they are making more hybrids. It is hard to know what to do.

I've got a an XL hybrid so I'm really screwed... you'd think mine would be an easy build but ford wants more of my money

It will be built. Very few of us are in a position where we don’t have a current vehicle. I also have an XL Hybrid carryover and I’ve accepted it may not be built until spring but this model year Ford is in a much better position to be able to build all their orders plus dealer inventory.

VIN’s for pre-December trucks are near 20,000 which means almost everyone that has a current order will get a build date before spring.

Thanks for that encouragement! I'm hobbling along with my outback, just using it for commuting.. tires needs replacing, brakes are getting thin. trying so hard not to put anymore money into that car.

My XL hybrid with hitch was scheduled this week. There is hope!

How about scheduling all the rollovers Ford! Really pisses me off when I see someone who ordered 3 weeks ago get their build date. Good for them. Bad for all rollovers.
