No rubber floor like the Bronco or even a vinyl floor option. Wish it had a truck bed like the Ridgeline.
I have a 2019 Ridgeline RTL-E. I wish it had the in-bed trunk like the Ridgeline, but other than that, I think the Maverick has a better designed bed than the Ridgeline. More versatile and tougher too with the spray-in bedliner

My biggest disappointment is that Rapid Red is only available on the First Edition and not the regular Lariats.

I had to settle for Velocity Blue as I really hate the Hot Pepper. Too orangey

UGLY COLOR interior on XLT and Lariat. No SIRIUS radio option except on Lariat luxury package. WTF?

Allow XLT owners to get the "normal" gray XL interior color and a SIRIUS radio as a stand alone option. Its a 2022 model for god sake!

If someone from Ford comes on here and tells me they will give me SIRIUS and the charcoal XL interior on the XLT I'll order one that day.

(You can probably buy the charcoal trim pieces from the XL later and stream SIRIUS through your phone but I shouldn't have to)

I really want to buy one as its exactly what I'm looking for but I really think next year will be a include a new bunch of options and choices.

And I wish Sirius/XM would stop calling/mailing/emailing me about reactivating my current unit! 😆

Agreed... For what little we pay for the whole family to have Spotify, We have no need for SiriusXM. And we can just download tracks for if we are going to be in an area without cell service. Those XM guys just can't take a hint.

Yep! Verizon actually gives us Apple Music for free as part of our plan…

O.M.G. This. Every time I buy a car I get mail from them. I just write “I DO NOT WANT SIRIUS—UNSUBSCRIBE” on the outside envelope and mail it all back in the included postage paid envelope.
Huh. Haven’t gotten one in a while.

Just as Ford marketing missed the boat for years saying that no one wants a truck smaller than an F-150, and now they have two, I think they also miss the desire for a small compact truck with a manual transmission. That would be fun and reminiscent of the compact trucks some of us love and remember.
I know they say the take rate is low, but that's because they usually only sell the manuals on the bottom-feeder stripped models. If there wasn't any interest, then Toyota wouldn't still offer it.
That said, the Mavrick would be the perfect platform for a manual.

I’d love a manual, in a Lariat trim level!

For me it’s the lack of interior color options on the XLT and Lariat.

Agreed. I like having functional cubbies, but this looks like an afterthought.
Looks like a designer tried to recover from a mistake or a last-minute substitution and tried to pass it off as additional storage. Looks unfinished and amateur.

It's actually the perfect size for sunglasses (assuming it's deep enough)... and doesn't make them scalding hot in the summer like the ones in the ceiling, or difficult to get to, like the space behind the screen... just my 2¢..

See your point, but for me I’ll take little cubbies anywhere I can get them😁
