My dealer just told me they are having no luck with getting the orders submitted due to the system crashing. Said that I wont get entered till tomorrow.

I assume this why they have not updated the Canadian site for '24 orders. Staggering the volume although I would think the Canadian site will likely only have 10% of the current volume to deal with! Also they most likely will not be closing the Canadian order window (as per '23) as it probably does not come close to meeting any required NAFTA (= USMCA or CUSMA depending on where you live) quotas (if they exist).

Had made an appointment ahead of time for 3pm central yesterday. Dealer wanted to cancel at 2:30 as banks weren't open, but I knew they were supposed to open at 4pm eastern, so asked to still swing by. Met with sales guy. Dealership had told me they were MSRP on preorders, but now stated due to the number of reorders they had for 2023 models, they had very few new care slots (read: we gotta wring every cent we can out of these spots), so had a hard $3,000 adjustment. Not happy, but they were very upfront the entire process, so can't really be mad.

Now orderless, I remembered that dealer had take over another dealership near me that I would have never considered working with the last ownership. Went in and got them to at least pay lip service order slip to a Hybrid XL with no bells or whistles (the hybrid upcharge pretty much wiped out my options budget). $500 down and I got the confirmation today. Will see if they try to pull something on delivery. Made it clear if they put $1000 bucks of Scotch Guard on the seats, I ain't gonna be happy.

Just my $0.02 but if a dealer pulled a $3000 adder at the time of order, I’d be going to another dealer - just like you did. They actually did you a favor by being greedy up front, rather than screwing you over 9 months later after your truck is on their lot with a “market adjustment”.

2023 “Rollover”

Previous Order: Sept 17, XL Hybrid carbonized gray with hitch receiver.

2024 Order: July 18, XL Hybrid cactus gray with hitch receiver.

Order confirmation received, Order ID:07xx
Tried to go barebones to get built, but want the hitch. Heres to another year of waiting for nothing.

I just heard from them and they sent me the order and review forms to sign.

Like I posted earlier, I got my confirmation email at about 9:30pm last night. I went to the dealer this morning for my appointment about 9:30

From my experience... for a basic xlt tremor.
There is no decal delete option on an xlt tremor that I thought people were posting about.

I got copilot 360 as a standard included option. No choice to delete.

My price, for a rollover of my 2023 order was $2000 more.

As I sat there in the office I went thru the build process on my phone. I got the same price on my phone, as the dealer had on my order sheet.

I have no info on the rollover financial plan, but I am expecting my 2023 price. About a $2000 discount or credit.

I have no chance of my 2023 order being built. The dealer has already received all of its 2023 allotments for mavs.

They stop building 2023s and start building 2024s in about 3 weeks.

Looks like if you choose an Hybrid in either Shadow Black, Iconic Silver or Atlas Blue the website pricing is still wrong showing $1500 more than the other colors except the premiums AG and HPR.

Update: Looks like the Ford web boys are on it...just Iconic Silver showing wrong.

Do you mean scheduling rather than building? I think thought 2023 production was to go at least through Oct 14.

Not having the X-Plan listed would worry me that they might choose to "forget" that they agreed to X-Plan at the time of order. My small town dealer gave me ZERO problems through the first order cluster.
Since they had experience with me, they didn't ask for a deposit.
Since I had experience with them, I didn't feel the need to have $$$ change hands to secure the order.

I am surprised that your Maverick Tremor is not scheduled for prod/build for 2023. I was under the impression that only Hybrid was rolled over from 2023 to 2024 due to excess demand and all the 2023 ecoboost FX4/Tremor mavericks were scheduled for production/built in 2023. Sorry to hear my friend that your tremor also got in to 2024 roll over. Very disappointing. More over Tremor is not in high demand and they should have fulfilled the production of all the Tremors in 2023 itself.
