**I just received my confirmation email from Ford.**

My order summary doesn't list the X-plan info like I thought it would, but my dealer assures me he is going to apply it when the truck comes in. I'm not panicking, but I'd like to see it official someplace. Thoughts?

On my Preview order, it lists all the features both standard, and options excluding taxes and dealer fees on my Hybrid Latiat Maverick. On the bottom of the page where it says: Total Base and Options they circled the X plan price where discounts were listed. That's the price they used on the invoice. Hope this helps.

Stopped in to my dealer yesterday to place my '24 order on my unscheduled '23 XL. They indicated that the system was down and would put my order through today. Got a call this morning from Sales telling me that they would not honor MSRP on the '24 order if my '23 doesn't come through. I told them to place the order so I can qualify for any offer on the '23 and I'd consider where to take my business if I have to buy the '24 over MSRP.

Just read about the new Rampage and Toyota's small truck. Maybe '24 will bring new options . . .

What a bunch of maroons they are. Not even sure they are allowed to do that honestly.

Slimy! Make double sure they do everything right, like using the same order number, etc. So they sold you a truck and then if it doesn't get delivered they are going to try to make more money off of you...geez.

That does help I think, because that's what I was expecting. But my sheet doesn't list the discounts it's just NA there. Wonder if it needs to be input different or printed different or what. Trying to make sure all is good.

There are many people who come in early and leave late when there is gravey to soak up, but when the workload is actually there, the same ones are not around.

Shows the incompetence of the dealer letting their key personnel off when they know they will be slammed with work.

But then again when making statements like this in ignorance and you find out later the rep is in the hospital or something.... whoops.

That's why it's best to go by that old saying.

"Make your words sweet because you might have to eat them one day. "

Had made an appointment ahead of time for 3pm central yesterday. Dealer wanted to cancel at 2:30 as banks weren't open, but I knew they were supposed to open at 4pm eastern, so asked to still swing by. Met with sales guy. Dealership had told me they were MSRP on preorders, but now stated due to the number of reorders they had for 2023 models, they had very few new care slots (read: we gotta wring every cent we can out of these spots), so had a hard $3,000 adjustment. Not happy, but they were very upfront the entire process, so can't really be mad.

Now orderless, I remembered that dealer had take over another dealership near me that I would have never considered working with the last ownership. Went in and got them to at least pay lip service order slip to a Hybrid XL with no bells or whistles (the hybrid upcharge pretty much wiped out my options budget). $500 down and I got the confirmation today. Will see if they try to pull something on delivery. Made it clear if they put $1000 bucks of Scotch Guard on the seats, I ain't gonna be happy.

Looks like they've fixed the website now and Hybrid pricing has been corrected and matches your build sheet. Hybrid is back to being cheaper than the EB w/ required AWD.

Looks like if you choose an Hybrid in either Shadow Black, Iconic Silver or Atlas Blue the website pricing is still wrong showing $1500 more than the other colors except the premiums AG and HPR.
