No Apple Carplay and Android Auto on the 2024 build & price for the XLT ?

I don't see apply car play and android on the 2024 on the order bank for the XLT

The order guide has it for the XL. The page for XLT notes that it includes all listed XL features as well.

Ford has already said they plan to keep CarPlay and AndroidAuto. From Ford's perspective, one less thing to work on and they can't really monitize it to justify development costs.

I place at order on line today for the XLT and the next thing i got a text from the Ford Huntington, NY dealer ship stating you i must come in person to confirm ?

You cannot buy a Ford solely online. When you complete the build online they send your config to a local dealer who can place the order in the order banks for you. You still have to go to the dealer.

You should go either today or tomorrow because order banks will fill quick. If you don't want to go to the dealer who contacted you then pick whichever one you want.

Don't worry, Ford is not doing this.

Dealer has to put in order. They need you to come in. I'd go in.

You still have to go to the dealer.

Unless you use a dealer that lets you place the order over the phone. That's what I did. The only thing I had to send them was a copy of my driver's license for COVP.
