I'm thinking about purchasing a new 2024 XLT. I saw that there are no "specials" except a $500 Military discount (unless you can stack these). Are dealerships making deals below MSRP on the 2024's in the New England area, or should I just expect to pay MSRP?

Welcome to MTC. Right now, 2024 XLT's can't be sold, there is a "stop sale" due to a rear camera problem. 2024 XL's & XLT's have been sitting on lots for months, while 2025's are coming in and being delivered. I imagine that once the camera problem is resolved, there will certainly be discounts.

I'd have to assume Ford will be offering some sort of discount to the dealers on the 2024 XL/XLT, once they can sell them. I wouldn't settle for anything but a moderate discount, and I wouldn't agree to any prices until they're ready to sell. The concern would be that even though it's a brand new truck to you, the book is going to show it already as a year old vehicle, and thus the book value will reflect that.

You have to "Shop Around" that's the name of the game. Every dealer will give you a different price for basicly the same truck. Good Luck shopping!
