I counted all those who posted here in this thread that got scheduled.

Here is a breakdown. Some of the entries are missing the Engine Type (Hybrid/EcoBoost). I also didn't breakout the Tremor as either only one or two were listed.

By Body Type:

No XL's were scheduled
XLT's: 30
Lariat: 20

By Engine Type:

Hybrid: 37
EcoBoost: 11
Unknown: 2

Interesting mix as Hybrids were at a 74% rate, EcoBoost at 22% rate and two unknowns 4%

Scheduled for week of:

8/28: 5
9/04: 22
9/11: 12
9/18: 11

Weren't they doing fleet order too? Those might account for EBs and XLs.

We changed our and it was scheduled the very next day! I was in shock

in canada i guess these emails go to the dealer. Dealer just texted me to tell me my truck is scheduled for mid sept. xl ecoboost, 4k tow package and 400w inverter cactus grey, ordered Nov 22 in lindsay ontario.

First XL I've seen this go around.

How did you re order a second Maverick in July unless you changed it from Sept??

Sorry for being unclear. I mean it would be ordered next week (July, 2023) when the order banks opened but no need now as the 23 got scheduled. I was also able to change the color from cactus gray to A51.

I made the mistake of showing my wife my build and then the same build with the Black appearance package... So, now for the question: If I already have a VIN assigned, is it too late to add the BAP to my truck (going to be built in September)?

After 10 months of waiting and then getting a VIN you are now considering risking it all and changing your order?

LOL. I know, right? We are all products of our decisions... And THIS one, I haven't made yet. However, the roads are full of indecisive squirrels.

Well I am screwed!! Evidently my dealer screwed up submitting the paperwork for my Maverick that was ordered in Sept 2022. They and Ford could not find anything pertaining to what I ordered. Will have to put a complete new '24 order in if I still want a Maverick and still play this waiting game again if they have the allocations.

Not necessary through them but been doing business with them for 35+ years. Guess I will call a few dealers around my area and see what they are saying on any previous unfulfilled orders and allocations. Plus will have to pay the higher prices whichever way I go.

You really have to keep up with this "process" yourself - it's a brave new world.
Dealers are not there to help you like it was 1960.
Actually, they are an active hinderance that you have to fight against.
You should have got a conformation email from Ford soon after ordering then every 45 days an apology we don't have a clue email from them.
Then you had to make sure you were properly entered into their COPV system about a month ago.
You have to do this all yourself.
But I can understasnd not knowing, I didn't when I started this "process".
I thought I could go to the dealer and drive away with a maverick after negotiating the price down.
