May 18th given a build week of July 3rd. Been checking back for a build date, suddenly the tracker only says order received. Waited a week and then hit up the chat, which advised me the build is now the week of July 17th! Thanks Ford and the Dealer for letting me know. What a coincidence, that is when the 2024 order banks open.

Oh, the irony. At least you're over the first and hardest hurtle, being awarded a VIN.

My Maverick build date was moved around and only was updated on the tracker page. I too received no notice of the date changes. A number of folks have seen the tracker page get "messed up" and then at some point (seemed like for me when it entered the next phase) be corrected to show the current status.

Sounds familiar. On May18 my Lariat Hybrid original build week was July 17. Month later it moved to week of July 31 then later was week of Aug 1 (yep same week) and now the tracker shows Aug 3. Was hoping it was narrowing down to a day. Hopefully in a couple weeks the window sticker pops.

Confusing that they can’t get the wording correct even so that it is meaningful

Take tracker with a grain of salt. My modules popped two weeks before it was listed as "built" and was "built" for only two hours before it moved to "shipped." Trucks move around based on commodities. Ford might have been expecting a parts delivery on July 3 that has been delayed until July 17. It happens; especially with just-in-time manufacturing.

The "week of" wording gives them flexibility in case yours is near the end of the day and shift ends. Technically it was still built on schedule.

I was scheduled for week of 7/17 now its week of 7/21. I'm on the fence about ordering a 2024 as mine 99% won't be built before the order banks open (and likely close). I assume the dealer will happily take the 2024 order for stock if my 2023 does get built.
