23 maverick hybrid XL first problem 😞

Kept getting deep sleep messages in the Ford pass app, tried all the troubleshooting tips, no go, it actually does have a problem .(hopefully just a defective battery) dropped it off to my dealer, they haven't touched it all day, so I had to go back and get my work badge (I'd expected it back that day, it was stone dead. At first I was worried my spare key wasn't programmed 🤣 but no, it unlocked the door, and turned in the ignition just fine. I'll keep posting how this pans out.

Just had back window fail to go up. Of course while away on vacation. Dealer replaced matter switch in the driver door but was 'stuck' with a baby bronco for a day. Loads of fun. Best of luck to you!

I dropped mine off Wednesday for the Hybrid Wiring Harness CSP, scheduled last week.
They didn't even have the part ordered. Also didn't look at it until today, and said they had to order the Wiring Harness. SMH! That's WHY I brought it in there.

They seem to think it will also fix the Deep Sleep issue, even though I explained that the truck IS charging the battery, and you could trickle charge it all night, and it will still go into deep sleep the next day. Battery needs replaced with a better one.

Will try to get them to test the battery tomorrow. May just end up replacing it myself and save the hassle. It will be at least a week without my truck for an appointment that I scheduled in advance.

The battery is good, and they've been unable to find any draws. I've had no warnings on the app about deep sleep for the entire week they've had it. They're keeping it one more night, but I made it absolutely clear that I'm coming in at 7 tomorrow morning, and I'm leaving with either a loaner or my truck.

My dealer finally had a loaner available, what a relief. Now they can keep my maverick long enough to find the problem, it's an intermittent draw somewhere, but I needed it back before they could complete it, I couldn't go without a vehicle.

My loaner is a 23 ranger XLT sport with 400 miles lol. Nice truck, but definitely a lot more than I need. They could've given me a smart car or something and I still would've been satisfied lol. I'll be happy to get my maverick back, but luckily now there's no more stress about transportation.

There are a lot of unhappy folks out there with this failed Maverick product

My battery went dead overnight with zero warning. Jumped it and it's running/starting ok. Taking it in today. We'll see..............

Update, took it in, no problem found, battery good, bla bla bla. Dead again this AM. Got an appointment for Monday.

what's really sad is I know for a fact the battery is bad, It won't take a charge. It appears whatever machine the tire/battery guy put it on didn't catch it.
There could be a draw or something too, but still. I SHOULD have got a new battery at least. We shall see what happens Monday.

My trucks still at the dealer, they're having a hard time figuring out the problem. Hopefully they can get it fixed before me and my wife's anniversary trip in a couple weeks.

Knock on wood. I got my truck back on Tuesday, and it's been perfect. They put a higher capacity battery in, and either replaced or reset some modules. I've had no sleep mode issues since, I'm fairly optimistic that it's fixed.
