2 weeks ago at 9PM I got a msg: "Vehicle in battery saver mode, drive vehicle to charge battery" (was only idle for 12 hours). Went out next morning and it wouldn't start. Jump started it and it ran fine until yesterday when I started it, the center screen was dark. After about a minute the screen came on and went dim, then bright. I turned everything off I could think of heater, driving lights etc and drove it 10 miles home with no problem but now I don't trust it. It doesn't sound like the recall dealing with remote start which mine doesn't have. This being a weekend, I will call dealer tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone here could shed some light on what this might be. Thanks in advance.
I have a 24 Front Wheel Dr. lariat picked up in February with 8100 miles on it and mine is constantly in sleep mode. Luckily it starts every time. Haven’t had a starting problem hoping the fix they’re talking about on here that’s supposed to be coming first quarter of twenty five will fix it Just very annoying getting into a dark car at night

I'm having a similar problem with my '24 hybrid, 5,200 miles picked up in July '24. After the second no-start I replaced the battery with an AGM type and that one was "dead" in two days. I put the original fully charged battery back in so the dealer wouldn't blame me for anything.

In my case I do not believe it is a battery problem. Yesterday it wouldn't start even with the jump starter device I have (Nexpow), but then a few hours later it did start.

I have an appointment scheduled for February 4th. If it dies again before then I'll be calling for emergency roadside service through FordPass. This is really disappointing. I'm leery of going anywhere.

I posted a similar thread a few days ago.
Yours sounds like a parasitic draw compared to most having deep sleep mode, if it was dead in 2 days.

Does your jumper pack expect a certain voltage to actually provide juice for a jump?
Most have a manual override that must be done if the device isn't going to auto-help, and if you don't catch the normal small LED lights somewhere as to what's going on - it may not have actually been helping the 1st time. I only mention this because I've missed that process a couple times on mine, and caught others too. There was no audible alarm for that setup.

Dealer should be following SSM process of disconnect negative for system reset - charge battery to full - test battery to see if damaged by the full drain.
If they jump to the end and merely top you off and say wait until software update - ask if they did the steps before that excuse is used.
May get a new battery out of it.

Thanks for this info. The one thing I noticed with the jumper pack was that it only worked if I heard relays clicking away in the engine when I connected it. If there were no relay sounds, there was no start.

Yep, low voltage cutoff.
Just helped a neighbor last week - battery measured 3.3 V or such.
I wasn't hopeful.
Did initial attempt and got flashing lights about not sure if battery was there - I already knew that was likely. In the sunlight they were about impossible to see well.
Tried with a little booster button push that supposed to override that - nope. Too low.
Put the guy's already weak jumper pack on also.
Mine now gave proper lights for seeing a battery. Still used the booster button.
That attempt gave barely an engine turn-over, not enough though.

He got a traditional jump.

So you might check if there is a button press sequence or such to get around cutoff.
Surprising how much room there is on battery pack to have a label of instructions - mine has nothing. They put a couple worthless notes on the plug in adapter instead.
