Hey Just asking can The XL Hybrid be Towed. Sorry just dont want to pull the plastic front bumper off

Yes you can flat tow the Hybrid 2 wheel drive Maverick
But you will be pulling off the "plastic" to install a base plate to flat tow with.
All current Hybrid Mavericks can be flat towed. No other Maverick can be flat towed.

If you are not talking about flat towing, it can be towed by a wheel lift tow truck, a flat bed, or with a front wheel dolly.
There is also a short term neutral mode (don't remember 30 minutes??) to use in car wash or move it so tow truck can pick up front off ground.

you can't tow it by lifting it by the bumper, this isn't how cars are towed any more.
True. It's like saying you need a parachute to jump out of an airplane. No, you need a parachute to jump out of an airplane twice.
They can be towed. But not by pulling on the front bumper.
There are a lot of methods towing depending on what end result you desire.
Towed behind a motor home, towed to a service station, etc.

You could if you were knowledgeable on how. I've towed Corvettes by their bumpers in my early days of towing.

Body on frame or unibody corvette?
Unibody Corvette? No such thing ever built! Fiberglass doesn't work for unibodies.
If that is true, then towing a Corvette by the bumper would be different from towing the Maverick by the bumper.
You can't tow either by the bumper, as both are plastic covers over impact bars. The "Bumper" is plastic. Chains are attached to the suspension or T hook tie down slots in the metal. No one tows by the bumper, unless you have custom bumpers made for that purpose. Bumper ripped off by tow truck fail - "Stop! Stop! Stop!" - YouTube
The C4 Corvette did use a unframe. While not a unibody where external body panels are structural. The unframe wasn't a traditional body on frame platform.
