Like any proper beer drinker, you don't leave home with out a bottle opener in your pocket! ;)

So is this website a scam?
No. This system is poorly managed and does not operate like most online vendors. Also, the communication is poor. Made a call to FORD, and no one could help.

Made an impromptu visit to the dealer where my items were being shipped. My parts arrived on the 9/13 and 9/16. No one called me and the items are still listed on that website as “processing.” My credit card was not charged, and they had me signed for the parts and gave me my order.
Ford Maverick My Maverick Tailgate Letters, Tailgate Assist, All-Weather Mats have arrived 96EB08AC-AEE8-454F-87E8-B5B3BA2BE9C1

I suspect the website will charged my cc on file. Finally, the parts’ employee said the system will change on Monday, and will begin processing payment IMMEDIATELY, like other online vendors.

Looks good. Would love if anyone at Ford Accessories or the dealer I selected for pickup had any clue about the online order I placed back on 9/15 for these same parts that has never shipped..........
Make a physical visit to their Parts Dept because my items arrived 2 weeks ago, and no one called me; but that website is still showing “processing.”

yeah I tried and they said they didn’t even have access to the system that logs online orders routed to them. I gave up and ordered the parts from another dealer yesterday and they will be in tomorrow. Figure I will just cancel the open order or fight the charge if it ever goes through

Thanks for sharing! That is good news. Guess I’ll wait. Couldn’t find any contact info so I got nervous.

Wish the rear rear mats were one piece and covered the center too the way aftermarket sets do. Still going to order a set for protection from day one. Also getting the tailgate assist strut too.

The rear mats are two pieces, but one piece extends over the center to give full coverage.

Man, I LIKE the letters across the back. Black letters would look great on my silver truck. I am reminded of the first Toyota trucks in America. The kids would peel off the T, O, T, A, and just leave YO is the middle of the tailgate.

In the package, the paper has a link and QR code to the instructions online.
Here's the instructions it links to for English:
Maverick-TGA-English.pdf (deezee.com)
In the instructions it states that the bottle opener on the drivers side of the tailgate must be removed as it will interfere with the shock and prevent the tailgate from closing.

What it doesn't state is that bottle opener's other main feature. It is one of the two tie-downs on the tailgate.

Because of that I will be selling/returning the damper that I purchased.

It is more than a bottle opener.

It is one of the two tie-downs on the tailgate.
