2022 Maverick XL Eco-Boost MPG

I have a 2022 Maverick Eco-Boost with just less than 4k miles on it. So far, I am getting about 25 MPG (combined local and highway). What kind of results are other owners getting with my same model? Thanks

With a level kit and 245/70r17's I've been getting 21 in town and 26-28 on the highway. On the freeway though, over 70 I'm getting about 24.

I'm getting around 22 mpg. My driving is probably the worst for mileage -- all stop and go in-town driving, 35 mph or less, most trips less than 5 miles long.

I’m getting 29.6 with snow tires on my fx4 4 k tow package eco boost with about 12000 miles on it. Get about 31 with summer tires.

I'm getting a computer averaged 26.4 mpg since I purchased my XL 2.0 in November of 2021. I have almost 5000 miles on it. Interestingly, it seems to be climbing an .1 to .15 mpg per month and at the same time the highest trip-meter of 27.4 seems to decrease about the same. So, it looks like the sweet spot is going to be in the upper 26 mpg range.

Of course I realize the computer average is a little higher than calculated mpg, but the last time I calculated my mileage on a tank of gas it was mostly highway driving at 27.9. Had one tank with lots of local driving calculated to 23.7. Nonetheless, pretty good mileage for a little truck.

Computer has been around 26mpg average since purchase, now over 5,000 miles. I get mid 20s in town and over 30 on the highway consistently.

Mine has ticked up to 28. 5 over the past 1000 miles of mostly highway driving.

Had my XLT 2.0 for 18 months, have 18,000 miles on it. I did put 18" Bronco Sport rims on it very early. My average MPG is 28.5, drive mostly short trips in town, not many over 50 mile. I did not order/buy it for gas mileage, just an added bonus. Just wanted small truck.

FWD EcoBoost just over 1000 mi.

80% 2 lane highways @ 60mph.

Current hand calculated to be 30.7 MPG. (Truck showing 32.4)

1.5 years in and 14k miles and have never reset from day one showed 30.7 indicated in daily commuter (about 50/50) miles. mine had never left the city limits until i took my grandson to a full weekend of HPDE driving. it went through 3 tanks of fuel over the weekend and indicated mileage was about 24 as we headed back home.
two weeks back into my routine and its up to 26.8 now and should continue back to 30 eventually.

Just to throw another vehicle into the mix my 2020 Ecosport 2.0 4 cyl. AWD SE about 25 mpg average. Highway on road trip did 29.4 all highway at 67 mph most of the way. So looks like about the same. it only has 6 speed trans so if I had an 8 speed I bet it might be up with Mav on highway.

I have a 2023 Lariat EB and about the same. With short hops around town it dips to around 16-19 mpg but on trips to the Shore or Pittsburgh goes back up to 28-32 mpg. Most I ever got out of it is 35.1 on turnpike using the cruise control. Happy with the numbers though.

26 at the most and I now have 20k on mine! I’ve had bigger cars with better
