MPC Eco-boost

I am surprised Ford is not saying anything about the new MPC Eco-boost engine. The dealers don't know or don't mention this new engine. Latest engine design architecture, direct and port fuel injection, cast valve cover etc.

In 50+ years of dealer visits. Not once has a sales person ever described an engine beyond the number of cylinders or the displacement. When I was shopping for a early 2000's Trailblazer, the sales person didn't even know the engine was a straight 6 instead of the more common V6 configuration in most vehicles.

Salesmen no matter the industry know NOTHING about the piece of equipment they are selling other than the shiny objects. 47 years in the plastics molding industry. Salesmen could tell you the price and the "features" of a machine but not the function of it.

I think that after all new '24 models have cleared dealer lots, we may see Ford start to promote the new engine inorder to invigorate new sales. Just my thoughts...

MPC 2.0 Eco boost has 250 HP and 280 lbft of torque. GPF currently, does not reduce hp. Also, no GPF's installed before job3. luckily, I have a job2 build .
