Northgate did me good on a 2013 Fusion Hybrid. Can't buy anything in Louisville, Kentucky without the Ford X/A/ or whatever plan! Not good for non Ford employees in this town.Northgate Ford in Cincinnati did a great job for me. Got 0% for 3 years which I didn't know about.

Mooresville Ford in the Charlotte NC area is great to work with!Hello all,
After seeing story after story of our fellow forum members being screwed over by dishonest, trashy dealers, I've decided we should put together lists of positive, honest dealership experiences. The kinds of dealerships that provide you with a decent experience, and sell you the truck you asked for at MSRP.
Hopefully this will be a helpful resource to people struggling to find a decent deal, while also rewarding the honest business practices of respectable dealerships by convincing more people to go through them.
Here's mine, the Larry H. Miller dealership located in Draper/Sandy Utah. If you live in Utah, or in the neighboring states, and are having a hard time, go through these people. No markups on customer orders, they're willing to work with you to the best of their ability.
Some context, we missed the order bank cutoff because we were told they opened in October, not September by a dealership employee, an honest mistake. We reached out to them, explaining our situation, they promised if a customer canceled their order, they'd contact us first thing.
Fast forward about a month, and we got the call. An area 51 XLT hybrid with optional extras like Co-pilot 360/BLIS. We were there within the hour. Out the door, with Utah's notoriously aggressive sales tax, it was about 28k.
This dealership chain has an excellent reputation, and they've been a joy to deal with on the several occasions we've conducted business with them in the past. If you're still searching for a maverick, these are your people.

Chapman Ford in Philadelphia
Ed Simpson and Brian Burnley
Below MSRP, first oil change free. Even got the FITS kit everyone forgot about.
They still owe me carpet mats but we will get that sorted out. I have the all season mats so I am covered.
I ordered a 23 Lariat from them. Hope it shows up!
I am working a Google Sheet and will post the link shortly. I am noting dealers with complaints with "Warning" in addition to the recommended dealers. There are at least 2 instances where someone made a recommendation and someone else had a bad experience. This would be really useful if it were in a Spreadsheet sorted by State
I am working on a Google Sheet. I will either monitor this discussion or have people directly message me with dealerships to add to the list rather than make it editable. I was thinking about creating a Google Form for submitting a dealership name to be added to the list.Yeah, I was thinking of a Google doc with state by state categorization. It could be opened for everyone to edit so new dealerships could be added, or so dealerships that were found to be less than ideal could be amended with the opportunity to make additional comments. I, and/or someone else could have a saved copy of the original list just to make sure no-one could delete all the info, or do anything odd with it.
