"Scheduled to Week" added to the Ford Tracker?

Mine was first scheduled on 2/9 for the week of 4/17 but the tracker is still not showing a scheduled date. Anyone else seeing the same?

My 1-26 email showed scheduled for the week of 3-27 with nothing on the tracker until a couple of weeks later on 2-10.

It changed to the "week" of 4-1 which is a Saturday.

The tracker always has interesting issues

For my Tremor, its almost hilarious. The exterior view does NOT show the moonroof or sliding rear window:

But.. the interior shot does:

It should have both, but I chalk this up to the engine that generates the views. It has done weird things before with mismatched colors, wrong features like this, and even shown the entirely wrong vehicle before.

And my tracking data is interesting:
The email says scheduled week of 3/20 (Monday)
Tracker says scheduled week of 3/23 (Thursday)

@Automate : the issue with yours may be that the scheduling data hasn't uploaded to the tracker yet. They are two separate systems. This appears to happen only once a week on Thursday evenings, so I would recheck this friday. If its still not updated, reach out to Ford to confirm the status.

I got the same 4/17 build week in the email on 2/09, and my tracker shows a blank date, too. I don't remember if I even looked at that part of the page last week when I got the email, but if it was ever there, it's gone now. I'm sure I'll be checking this tracker frequently for updates....

Now to associate it with our FordPass account based on the order information so we don't have to constantly pester the CSRs.

It will show up in your Ford.com account. I have never had to pester CSRs.

Thanks. I'm actually meeting-free tomorrow. So, I may poke around. But lost a little steam when the numbers came back and showed Ford was eating up EBs with fleet orders...

What’s the group consensus? Are we still scheduled for the dates mentioned in the emails, or are we back where we started? (Though with a VIN assigned?)

Unless you are specifically told it was delayed, which is an email itself, take the tracker with a grain of salt.
