How can you have 0 allocations? Is that what they have left?

Allocations are awarded monthly throughout the year. It is possible to not get any some months. I had to wait a couple months until my dealer had 1 to get my Maverick selected by the factory for Production.

You should if you paid cash with no outstanding balance. The dealer has to send paperwork to the related state and the state produces the title and mails to the mailing address given on the title. I've heard some states no longer do paper titles and the state keeps electronic copies. Not sure how true that is. Look up your states motor vehicle title phone number, give them your VIN and see what they say.

Seems like alot of work when all current orders are price protected. On my 22 I has to wait until the dealer got the check and sent it to me. That meant I had to pay sales tax on msrp. And as we know many got screwed on the price protection.

I don’t believe Ford will offer rollovers for 2024, this means that if you don’t get your maverick this year then you have to re order and pay the new price, which will probably go up again.

I am correct that the dealer has to pay for price protection? I contacted the dealer and they could not tell me if I was price protected. Ford marketing could not answer my quesiton as well?

The dealer should sell it at the price when you ordered not what it is when it comes in.

Can you define "private offer"? Is X-Plan considered "private offer"?

Private offer is given to individuals, look at like a special rebate. X-Plan is a pricing plan. They can be used together.

You shouldn't have to worry because your invoice and MSRP will show the price before the increase.

Every time there is a price increase, Ford releases a memo to dealers that automatic price protection is in place for firm orders submitted prior to the price increase. There is a price protection policy information and dealers should know how they are processed. At least the General Manager would know.
