Paint matched hood scoop installed on Tremor Maverick

Got my hood scoop paint matched and installed.. adds to my Tremor's rugged/aggressive/sporty appearance rather nicely if I don't say so myself..

Looks good. Is it an actual functioning hood "scoop" (cut a hole in your hood to let air flow in) or just a hood ornament. Either way looks great. Nice improvement

Dealership covered the cost of the painting/installation of the scoop.. Small token of their appreciation of me waiting so long for the 2022 FX4 Maverick that never got built and rolled into a 2023 Tremor.. which the $2300 roll over incentive was not able to be applied to the Tremor being it was not the same body code as the FX4.. NO complaints from me, I love the new look and features of the Tremor.. bumper, wheels, rear differential and black leather interior just to mention a few.. AND the change from no longer available Velocity Blue to Atlas Blue.. WOW!!! much nicer colour..

Yes, many, many THANK YOUs to Blaise Alexander Ford of Mansfield PA.. they took care of me very well and put up with my bi-weekly pesterings for updates on my Maverick order.. was always greeted with a smile and treated with respect.. can't say enough good things about Blaise Alexander Ford..

I too painted to match the hood scoop, on my Velocity Blue 22.

The 'intake' portion was left the original charcoal color.

Ok you guys convinced me the only way to go with the hood scoop is painted. Can't wait to get it on my Atlas Blue XLT scheduled for 2/23.
