If only that scoop actually dumped air into the engine bay. Totally cosmetic but still, looks great.
Nicely done. I would be painting one myself as I have the skill set and tools to do it. Paint is still expensive now. So maybe not.

Right on looks great. Alto Blue? I ordered mine with the hood scoop and spoiler. The dealer gave them to me I did the paint before the truck was delivered. I wanted to see the color in person as it was a new color. 250 to paint it is a deal. Looks great .anybody considering installing one and want it body color the thing is not ready for paint. Theres a reason it comes flat satin black .It Needed blocking and primer and more blocking to make it flat. I seen some badly paint hood scoops.

What's the adhesive or caulk for? My dealer said they install it using ONLY the double-sided tape.

Is that an *Actual* hood scoop ? Or just a paste on Look ? I'd say if it were a funtioning scoop that would be pretty nice, for adding cold air to the engine bay :).

**Nvm Found out its just cosmetic :(, knowing me I'd look into making it a true hoodscoop lol XD.

Did I read somewhere in the forum that these fog lamps aren't compatible with the Demco baseplate. Having the Demco installed next week, so I'll hold off on the fog lamps until I see a couple of responses. Thanks !!

Yes the Diode Dynamics Fog Lights will NOT WORK with the Demco Baseplate. I had the idea to save the steps by installing the Fog Lights when I had the front off to install the baseplate. Unfortunately the lights protrude back into the area of the ends of the baseplate so it would not work. Good news is that I hadn't cut out the fog light area and Diode Dynamic was super with a full refund.

It's a urethane adhesive supplied with the scoop. There is a channel that runs alongside the tape. Should never come off with that.
