I ordered mine October of 2021. At this rate I’ll get a production date for the cyber truck first.
No reason to be silly here. I still have my day 1 deposit on CyberTruck. At this point, it is just morbid curiosity...

So... I desperately needed a truck for business and have been waiting almost 15 months for the Maverick so I broke down and bought an F150. I have read here on the forums that people who ordered in July 2021 would have theirs at the dealer in May... so I figured I was going to be Blue Boy (holding my breathe) until at least Sept because I ordered in Nov 2021.

Well 48 hours after buying the F150 I got the email that my Maverick was scheduled to build Feb 20th. I have lost 7K on my trade spent tons on rentals. Just saying.... Karen out.

FYI: 2023 XLT Hybrid Area 51(limited adds, so I could get it quicker...ha ha ha)
Ordered 11/12/21
Re-Ordered 09/17/22 (dropped hitch & bed liner to get quicker, more ha ha ha)

from talks with my dealer so far, not a single order they placed has even been scheduled. Now im wondering if they pissed someone off up the ladder.
Yes , same here, ordered 9/21/22, but nothing from dealer , check in every few weeks, but told Ford hasn’t picked any orders up, when ordered he said they had around 30 people came in to order, my order option print outs is all I have, and at bottom has not been submitted to order bank, but figured that at time as Ford would have to pick

If anyone is tired of waiting for their Maverick to be built, I've got a Cyber Orange 22 Lariat Hybrid Lux pkg with only 1860 miles and every single option you can get on it I'd be willing to sell, LMK.

I’m no longer looking for an email (ordered first week of November 2021)but wishing Ford would send me a jar of Vaseline to ease the pain of our relationship.

I had a 2020 Ram Sport. Loved it, but the fuel costs were way to much for a runaround vehicle. No longer towing a travel trailer so got rid of it.

Yeah same. I could've gotten more for my 2018 Rav4 than I paid for it new in early 2022. Now it's lost about $5-6k. The only good thing is I still owe on it, so the difference that I get back isn't too much different, but still something. Also losing out on those great rates from last year sucks.

Just got this:

Thank you again for your Maverick LARIAT order. We wanted to let you know that we are still up against supply chain challenges, which are causing delays with getting your vehicle into production. While we understand how frustrated you may be (we are too), rest assured, our team is working diligently and aggressively to get you behind the wheel.

We know how much anticipation there is when it comes to getting a new Ford, so we will continue to keep you updated. In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience and remain grateful for your patience and understanding.

Realistically, I don't expect this to be built until late 2023.

So, I saw a new 2023 XLT at Long McArthur in Salina, KS, with the Luxury Package, and I am planning to buy it this week. Then, when the Lariat that I ordered comes in (also to Long McArthur) I will have a decision to make. Stick with the XLT I have, or buy the Lariat and sell the XLT...

Pondering...

Yes, I know if I buy the Lariat later I will lose money on this transaction.

I have yet to receive a single email from Ford or my salesperson in regards to the status of my 2023 Maverick Hybrid Lariat. Based on comments here, I went proactive and called Ford Customer Service and asked about the status. They provided me with the VIN number and status. Since then, I’ve been monitoring the status at Ford Vehicle Order Tracking. It’s all been proactive on my part, otherwise crickets from Ford emails or the dealership

Dear Ford Motor Company,

It’s been 469 days and I am still waiting for my Maverick to get scheduled for production. I really don’t understand anymore what’s taking so long and your ability to communicate with me has been terrible.

The dealership has plenty of allocations. The only constraint is the hybrid engine. The dealership can’t tell me anything.

Since I originally ordered this truck in October of 2021, I would have thought I would have recieved early 2023 Production date and be part of the early 2023 hybrid production.

If Ford is monitoring this site, what are you guys doing with my order?
I feel your frustration! Your order is six days before mine and we're in the same boat.

I have been PO'd for months watching folks with the exact same order as me get scheduled even though they just ordered in 2022. But Ford showed me true frustration last week as I watched people who ordered the exact same model/trim as me, FROM THE SAME DEALER, get scheduled despite ordering after me as well.
