Sorry I don’t have a Vin yet. Hence the issue. Thanks for the info.Go to https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking. Enter your order number (a four digit number that can be provided by your dealer) and the VIN.
If you don't have a VIN, you can't use the tracker.
According to Ford CS, each stage of the process isn't fully complete until there's a white check mark in the blue circle.I signed at the dealership in Sept 16, The build date has move all over the calendar. Yesterday I had nothing. Today see the below. Will believe it when it arrives at the Dealers (EB Lariat, Lux, SIBL)

code makes my head hurt lolIt's just badly updated code.
Each cell is labeled withThe data is passed through viaHTML:brand-tracker-step__markerHTML:data-text="X"
- the data was sent as DATA# 1-5 then stuck in CONTAINER #1-5
- They changed the DATA to #1-6, but didn't change the CONTAINERS to #1-6
- You can see this with the blank container
- Then they fixed the Containers.

Checked the tracker this morning and found this:

Ford is so fast they actually built my truck one day before it went into production.
You are right. They've made the tracker a source of stress, not a source of information.I've asked Ford Chat 15 times about my scheduled production date and they always tell me Feb 13th Week. I don't get Ford emails so I have to manually ask them. But my order tracker doesn't fill in the "Scheduled Week Of" date. Makes me nervous.

If they would just fill this in on the tracker I'd never have to talk to Ford Chat again
Yesterday the tracker finally showed some progress for me with a scheduled production date. Wahoo! You are right. They've made the tracker a source of stress, not a source of information.
It used to say I was "Built" on 1/13, but went back to only In Production" on 1/12. My truck was "Last Updated" on 1/13...as still "in production"...but the last time I used Chat, I still have a delivery ETA of 2/2-2/8. Useless.
The puzzling thing to me is now that there is a "Last Updated" date on the tracker, I saw several people say that their dates were all over the place...at least from 1/11 to 1/18. Not sure how Ford is updating their tracking database in pieces. It most likely is something like the last date they put into the process bubbles. It is reassuring that many others aren't getting updated, so I no longer think my truck is sitting in production for 2 weeks with some particular problem.Well, at least they are trying to improve the tracker… Although without knowing what is real and what is not, who can really tell?
My tracker has had the circle under “shipped” filled in for a couple of weeks, but no date on it. Now the date has shown up. (1/02/23, which is the date we received the “shipped” email.)
And the new “Expected Delivery” line is a two-week spread — 02/09/2023 - 02/22/2023 — when email had it as 02/12/2023 - 02/18/2023.
Oh, well — As long as it’s on the way. What’s another week or two …
Don’t laugh because that actually happened to me. That email knocked me for a loop. Now I’m really confused. Only thing that makes me feel better is that my dealer said my vehicle is built pending shipping. Go figure???????Same thing happened to me this morning. Built, ready to ship and then back in production later in the morning. I'm expecting a "45 day" email nextlol
473 days for me and still sitting in limbo. At least my dealer said it’s built. Who knows when it will be shipped????The puzzling thing to me is now that there is a "Last Updated" date on the tracker, I saw several people say that their dates were all over the place...at least from 1/11 to 1/18. Yes, another 14-30 days is small compared to the 448 days that have already passed. At least we know our trucks are really in process of being built/delivered. Maybe they'll get the tracker smoothed out for the Sept 22 orders.
If on window sticker then you paid for it. Dealer gets reimbursed so dealer actually NOT giving it to you FREE. Dealer says that to make dealership look like the good guys. It’s not coming out of their pockets but it actually came out of yours. They actually did forget my floor mats(not on my window sticker, everything from dealer confirms they should be there) . Dealer is ordering them and throwing them in for no charge. Got excited I was listed as built last night. Back in production today. Mine also lists that I have 300A and 500A now.
I asked my dealer if he knew anything on a text. Within SECONDS, he responded 'No update. Sorry". So I used chat and that person told me to call Ford CS. So I did, and was told it still only shows as "in production", having returned from a 1-day round trip to the body shop on 1/13. Then she verified that the ETA was still the week starting 8 days from today. That is a ridiculously fast estimation, unless it has already left...so Limbo it is for mine as well.473 days for me and still sitting in limbo. At least my dealer said it’s built. Who knows when it will be shipped????
