Cancelled / Rollover here - I placed my order 10/21/2021 and was bumped 13+ times before getting cancelled and rolled over on November 14, 2022. Afterwards, I was correctly bumped down to a priority code 2 - but I was skipped last week and it appears from my phone call a moment ago with Ford, that I am still NOT scheduled. I have an XLT Hybrid that is pretty bare bones - no hitch, no 360, no Lux-package... sigh :/

I'm in the same boat, cancelled hybrid ordered 10/9/2021... still sitting at priority 2 with no VIN or production week. Very disappointed to say the least.

Allocations still in play. If a dealer has no cancelled VINs, then a new hybrid or EB will be scheduled.

Plus since the roll-overs are on the dealer to manually roll-over and then put them at a lower priority code than new orders. (At least from what I've learned with research and listening to Tim).

Hopefully now that you're @ 2 with only the Hybrid as a constraint you'll get picked very soon.

I think they forgot about me again this year… my 22 order is in cyber space as nobody knows anything about it… so I ordered a 23 on Sept 16th from a different dealer in another state…

Sounds like very few of us. Knowing Ford it won't shock me when I start to see people who ordered 3 months ago with my same build get a build date before me. To be honest I feel like allocations shouldn't matter for us cancelled orders. I've been waiting over 14 months...

I called today never got an email but got my VIN and my build date which is Feb 6 XLT ECO LUX FX4 4K TOW I am in NY as well Westhampton NY.

Also those of you who are not getting emails, I have been the whole time, and in my short experience I have noticed certain things:

1. Make sure your dealer/Ford has the right email address.
2. I know it seems like a dumb IT guy thing to say, check your SPAM folder.
3. This will not apply to 99% of most people, but Ford's system like some other sites doesn't like new TLDs (top level domains). So what does this mean? My personal email that I own ends in ".email" I noticed this at the dealership it won't take it and FordPass will fail with some error. Many TLD's that are normal are .com, .net., .pm, .gov., .edu. etc... won't be an issue.
