I've never seen a bagged car ride like that. It looks like cut springs. I did ask to find out what air system they used from the guy on Facebook. IF he gets back to me I'll report.
When the truck returns from SEMA I’m going up to the dealership to check it out
I have a feeling they are lying about airbags because it is sitting too high in all the SEMA pics to be aired out
Why wouldn’t you completely slam it when on display?
Because it’s got coilovers or springs or something

Damn. That's the same color as my dad's '96 Mazda B Series. I miss that damn truck so much. One day he didn't come home with it, traded it in unannounced for a freakin Chrysler Sebring convertible of all things (dog shit of a car...). I was just at the age where I was going to start learning to drive soon, and expected I'd inherit it or could buy it off him. So many memories, and I've never seen one since in that color (or hell, that year these days is impossible to find in ANY color...)

Minus the pink, seeing that color on the Maverick honestly is making me think of spraying it one day when the original paint fades. I'm in AZ, so that'll happen sooner than later.

Also, absolutely love the front bumper. Could do without the spoiler, and the wheels/wells look great. I ordered a hybrid, so I can't slam the truck or anything, but honestly the truck looked great with those TA's before they changed out the wheels.

Things to consider.

Same year, color, cab and graphics package as my dad's B-Series. If anyone ever finds this truck, please god hit me up lol:

I find it boring, formulaic, and unoriginal. Looks like every SEMA anything from the last 25 years.

This is an amazing build-up. Certainly not for all, but almost everyone can find some aspect of the build they wouldn't mind trying out on their own. The truck is a head turner for sure, so the companies involved are getting some great recognition.

Nowhere yet

when the truck makes it back to the dealership I’m going to go talk to them and get all the details
Tim was the gentleman I spoke with on Facebook. His message states that the body kit will be available to purchase at ljsvcustoms.com soon. This was on Thursday. It looks like the website is really fresh and has several 'Coming Soon'

I am watching.

I also plan to stop by Saleen and 3DCarbon when I’m over there

It’s interesting since it’s on airbags, I’d think it would have been riding smoother

That truck looks like it’s riding in Scale Coilovers with the low springs (lol but not lol)
I don't think wheel clearance allowed to drop when parked so they would need a stop when bags are flat hence the bouncy ride.

They just did the bags wrong
The others who have bagged theirs sit much lower when aired out
Looks like they sit at the same height as my truck with coilovers
So it kind of defeats the purpose of bags if you have to air up to near stock height to drive

I think it's because of the wheel offset to match the flares. If they aired out fully the tire would be hitting the fender and bedside without some cutting. I sometimes rub inner fender on big dips.

Interesting, I only rub the top of the wheel well liner on big hits
At the height they were driving in the video it def looks like the bags were aired out
Kenneth mentioned they had to extend the shock towers to go as low as he did with the kit they used…. But idk
Will see what’s up when I make it over there to ask all the questions

Got to visit this truck AT Saleen Performance
Met all the parties involved in the build as well
They should have the pricing available this week
Front bumper piece and side skirts will be available to order as soon as they are priced
The roll pan, spoiler, fender flares will be preorder sometime soon
I asked if they plan to offer a rear bumper to go with a hitch equipped truck and it’s a maybe (might just have to do a hidden hitch)
The parts all look really good especially considering they are prototypes
FYI the front and side skirt fully replace the stock pieces, the way they painted them it looks like the stock plastic is still under them, but it’s not
