I think it's because of the wheel offset to match the flares. If they aired out fully the tire would be hitting the fender and bedside without some cutting. I sometimes rub inner fender on big dips.
That could be temperature related. I had to soften mine up a little because the mornings and nights are in the 40s and makes it stiffer. The day time 70s soften it up. East Tennessee weather is fun, we have 3 seasons a day lol.
There is no factory camber adjustment in the rear. Mine is barely out of spec, most people would never notice. As for stanced cars I agree that looks stupid.
I didn't adjust the preload on my front but that might be the difference in the low and standard setup. I know mine and Porvette have had no issues. We ate the only ones I know on standard versions.

Lowered on Scale Racing Standard Version coilovers at max drop resulted in 3.25 inches front and 4.25 rear. Front successfully aligned with camber bolts, rear camber is 0.3 degrees out of spec.

With the drop in temperature here in the mountains of east Tennessee I had to adjust my shocks softer. The highs have been around 70, lows in the 40s. I'm now set at 9 front 8 rear. Floats over normal bumps, potholes and manhole covers. Little rough over railroad tracks and speed bumps but...
