I really think it’s dealer allocation. Mine has a moon roof as well and was scheduled yesterday.2023 9/16 #19 Lariat Lux...no production confirmation update...prolly cuz I added a moon roof...
I got the same answer for my October 21 ordered Lariat Hybrid that had VIN issued Sept 22. I guess Jan 9, 23 is when they get the shipment of hybrid transmission that is holding up production.
Yeah, my strategy to keep the order simple, easy to get picked up and built, doesn't seem to have paid off just yet. I'm ok with waiting but the not knowing if I'll ever get it at all is gonna kill me.Ordered my Area 51 hybrid XL 9/17 with just a trailer hitch as an option, priority code 19. No VIN or email from Ford yet.
This is very admirable and would be appreciated by many, especially if you're honorable about it and don't add a huge mark up to your resale price.Anyway, assuming we get the trucks that were scheduled yesterday, we have two back up orders at other dealerships. If the back up orders ever get scheduled and built and none of our friends or family want them, I will reach out on here to see if we can help out anyone here that had their orders cancelled or never placed by their dealer. Both would be hybrid lariat with lux packages.

What colors did you order?
Would you happen to have the screenshot to repost? My dealer rolled my two(For daughter & I) XLT's fwd., ecoboost with moonroof, tow hitch & manual rear window and has put in priority 19. Called dealer 10-28-22 salesman said They can't change priority code, also said Ford had fired a bunch of dealer reps. And now are short handed.Well, I'm not saying I'm lucky as I've waited over a year for this day, but I have been scheduled for week one - - November 21. I haven't seen any others on the Forum (as of yet) with the 11-21 scheduled build week and my VIN number that is in the low XXXXXX00700's reflects the early scheduling. Looks as I will be at the least, an early MY23 build.
I ordered a Lariat in October of 2021 and other than it being a Hybrid there were/are no constraints. I was a Priority Code 02 since April so I can only attest that the dealership had no allocations left by the time it came to pulling my order before MY22 scheduling ended. I was told by my salesman early this week that no existing orders at that dealership were older than mine.
I want to personally thank Tim Bartz "fordvideoguy" for posting the screenshot of the Ford Dealer memo recommending dealers give the best Priority Codes to rolled over MY22 orders. I forwarded that to my salesman, and he got my PC to the top of their list. I do believe this had a lot to do with my Maverick being scheduled for the first week of production.
Here's the screenshot I asked Tim to post. Get this to your dealer and push them to give the 2022 orders rolled over a priority code 10.Would you happen to have the screenshot to repost? Good for you guys, but our Oct 21 hybrid Lariat order is not picked?New orders. They are hybrid lariats.

As mentioned previously, my 2022 that was ordered in October of 2021 was the oldest order not scheduled at my dealer. I believe that the new 2023 orders they took gave them the allocations needed to get my order selected yesterday. Of course, if they wouldn't have reordered at 6:15 am on the first morning after the 2023 model year opened, I think the PC 10 Tim help me get wouldn't have as big of an impact on selection.
Good luck to all!
