October Hybrid Orders United

I know a hybrid with Co-Pilot 360 is a double constraint whammy. Has anyone here who ordered that combo last October '21 received their Maverick? I never was even issued a build date and now have had to roll over my order to a '23. I'm not sure that might not have me waiting another year.

Yes! ordered Oct 5th received Sept 18th or something like that.

I welcome all October Hybrid Orders to unite tomorrow and focus our energy on getting scheduled. I hope and think there will be a few of us chosen.

Mine is an Oct 11 order. First Edition hybrid. Current build week scheduled for 11/7. Dealer said they got a list of '23 rollovers and mine was not on it. My whole reason for paying up for the First Edition was hoping they would HAVE to scrape up the parts to build those. So far that bet is still good. So far......

My dealer understood and shared my frustration about the 2022 VIN cancellation this week. They had an XLT ecoboost FWD on the lot and were willing to work with me. Not going to lie, I technically paid $3k over MSRP, but I made up the difference on my trade-in and got $5k over what I paid for that car. I was worried my trade value would tank while waiting for the hybrid, and thought this Maverick would hold it's value better.

Overall, I expect to at least break even when the 2023 hybrid comes in and I sell this guy. For now I finally have a truck and start on some truck-dependent home improvement projects.

Any updates? Are you moving again? "My" railcar departed from Carrizozo NM according to CSX tracking. I wonder where yours "set out". We are all getting an education in "railroad" terminology LOL.

You did well. None of the angst of this wait. I have a LOT of projects wanting myself , if the one I like comes along I'm gonna spring for it.

Just received a phone call. Truck just arrived at the dealership with pickup scheduled for Monday 10/24. Just about 1 year to the day! Can't believe the long wait is almost over!!!

Still hanging out, last in junction point, Nogales Az. It was “picked up” 10/19, and “set out” 10/20….

Don't know where H-town is, think Houston but idk. It took 8 days to make it to East St Louis, IL and 8 days from there to East Brookfield Mass. Than sat for 11 days until delivered this morning.

Lololololol, yea H town= Houston. Right on, I realized that a friend of mine actually was able to check on the train for me, and said it’s in Alfalfa, Tx and has an eta to the storage lot on 10/26 to get off the train. We shall see!

When I started this journey over a year ago I didn’t need the truck immediately. Now I am in a position where I do need something fairly quickly. If they had delivered it by Christmas I can manage. But I know I have to assume that we are talking 4 to 5 months minimum from now to get a Maverick.

As a result I am spending time today seeing what my options are. Unless I get amazingly lucky I don’t believe I’ll be buying a Maverick.

You and I are in a very similar boat. Can't imagine how this VIN 22 conversion to a 23 will go...lol

I am in Corpus, longest wait was in the rail yard in San Antonio. Took about 3 1/2 weeks give or take, it was the last day of my scheduled delivery window. There are a few stops that it sits for a few days at a junction before being on the move. El Paso to San Antonio was probably the fastest leg of the trip as far as stops, it pretty much kept moving.

I like the color! I agree with you regarding the plastic stuff but for the price I couldn't really complain. I should be just around the corner (next week(ish)) in getting my XLT hybrid.

My FE was ordered on 09/13/2021 and is now planned for production the week of 11/07/22.
So, I may have it by the end of the 2022 CY.
