I’m only getting 13.01 at the battery while idling. What are your alternator outputs at idle with nothing running?

Not sure, seems to be at 12.6 when off.Could your battery be low and thus putting a load on the alternator?
My XL EB with no accessories on, key on 12.3V, idle 13.5V, and while driving 14.8V. That is from this mornings cold start.I’m only getting 13.01 at the battery while idling. What are your alternator outputs at idle with nothing running?

No issues, just curious. I have always been told an alternator should be putting out between 13.5 and 14.5. Just curious what everyone was seeing. Are you having issues? I have a USB charger that plugs into the 12v (cig lighter). It also displays voltage. Makes it easy to see what it is while driving. Very inexpensive.
--Sarcasm Warning-- Are you not worried that the Battery Terminal Protectant, that I see on your battery post, could void your warranty? Sorry but that question is usally asked by many so just thought lets get it out of the way now. Nice to see the preventative maintenance.I’m only getting 13.01 at the battery while idling. I’m sure just putting a volt meter on your vehicle voids the warranty these days--Sarcasm Warning-- Are you not worried that the Battery Terminal Protectant, that I see on your battery post, could void your warranty?
