Tim Bartz @fordvideoguy mentioned in both his Tuesday evening and Thursday evening videos that the percentages for the various constraints have changed for "this month", presumably for October 2022.

The September 2022 constraints list that was posted on this board I have attached here:

Ford Maverick New constraints percentages for MY2023 Mavericks? 1663359418844

According to Tim, from what he said, the splash guards are now constrained at 5%, and that the 4K tow package is no longer constrained at all.

Could this bode well for the future that constraints are slowly getting better for Ford? Or is it just random change from the past month's constraints percentages?

I'm also guessing the overall 35% Hybrid percentage is remaining the same for the time being, even with updated constraints list, otherwise we probably would have heard about that by now. But maybe it's possible for Ford to up that percentage now that it's demonstrated that the constraints percentages and even entire items can be revised in a positive direction for us MY2023 orderers?

That whole Tremor thing is sounding like the F150 Lightning. Do they make them, yes, but the likely hood of getting one is rare unless your very lucky. Better chance of it snowing in hell :ROFLMAO:

On the 4K Tow package, it could be they looked at their new 23 orders and saw the number with 4K option is less than 20% so its not really a constraint.

Whew! I ordered a 23 hybrid lariat with the black appearance package. My 22 xl is actually supposed to be built so at least I’ll have one to drive while I’m waiting. 😁

If we can not buy what we want...then why is Ford putting its customers through this chaotic retail process and allowing hike up by some dealers....just flood the dealership with what they can make...I suggest MSRP pricing has something to do with it and keeping dealers from profits Ford wants to exploit....part of Ross Perot's alternate premise of the giant sucking sound?

A lot of us have been asking that very question for some time now. Few will get the Tremor, but next year it will go on with the ST or the WildTrak or the Raptor, all equally hard to get. Just look at the Bronco Heritage. Each dealer is getting exactly one vehicle. Talk about vaporware. Yet, chip shortages persist to the point they are taking away features across most models they can build. It's almost like they are new at this car making business.

There is way more demand than Ford can make. If all of the inventory went to dealers all of us would be paying over MSRP. At least most dealers will order for you at MSRP. You are going to have to wait either way.

Yes I see your viewpoint.
But we would know the pricing immediately and may go another way much sooner.
Ford is holding hostage onto everyone's dream by taking in too many orders using Tremor and black appearance package as a hook to excite more customers.
Remembering that we are paying dearly for importing an American branded truck of which may manufactures have supplied small trucks in other counties at lower prices but not here yet. I say, release the hounds and the awakening.

What's your source for each dealer getting one tremor? Honestly curious.

Is it better to pay dealer markup now, or Ford price increase in the future?

Assuming 80% of orders are Hybrid and 4K was originally constrained to 20%, that means there are fewer EB orders than 4K options available. If the closer to 65/35 hybrid/EB ratio is to believed, that means the constraint for 4K on EB is closer to 57%. Considering 4K is incompatible with Tremor and many EB likely didn't order 4K, bodes well for those of us that did.

To your point, could be a change in the supply chain. My math assumes a static supply.

Not Tremor, but the Bronco Heritage. FVG has stated that allocations for it are one for each dealer. Episode 57 or 58 I believe but have no time stamp. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
