it Was returned from the body shop on July 8 and cust service said it’s. waiting on a hitch. Since July 8.
So I go by the dealer today only to see the Same build as mine but in grey (mines white) all of the ones delivered to the dealer were invoiced 8/16/22 and later. Mine was invoiced 6/30/22. no Updates from ford.
This one’s for my wife and we ordered a 23 for me. I was wondering if anyone else has got or had this same problem.
original order date was 11/11/21.

Mine was about the same, returned from body shop 7/8, engine mods came up on 7/9 but it never said it was built but the dealer said it was built, then back to the body shop and said it was in production again on 7/27 and would stay that way till sept 16th got a email said it was built then shipped on 9/19. Now it’s in Illinois at the gateway station waiting to head for Michigan.. it has been a tough 13 months but the end is in site and I’m very happy now so as long as it has been you will get it remember they are working to find what they need to get you off the book. (It may not seem that way at times for they must keep the assembly line moving while your car set of to the side) I must of called customer support 2 times a week and went to the dealer every week. So as Aaron Rodgers and my dealer told me relax, I wish I could have.

No update after that.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was the airbag recall holding it up. There was a person on Reddit with an end-of-June build that had theirs make it to the dealer but unable to be sold because it needed the recall.

Do you guys happen to be in the northwest? Loads of new cars got the cat converters cut out of them in holding areas, and due to the ridiculous crime policies there, they've arrested and released the same guys multiple times.

I’m in Missouri but I think the maverick is still at the plant in Mexico.

my dealer seems to think it’s just going to show up. I just get really aggravated when I see the same optioned truck show up at the same dealer that was built almost two months after mine. Thanks for the encouragement

It's not lost just still being manufactured. Could you provide some details of your build?

I’m wondering if they have a bunch of mavericks parked somewhere like they do superdutys. That’s the only possibility because I’m seeing nra7000 vins not going anywhere but the nra8000 are arriving at dealers. Even NRB0000. numbers are popping up.

They almost certainly do. Articles only mention F150's but I am sure there are Mavericks sitting out there as well.

Tim mentioned last night that any Mavericks built before 7/31 but not delivered yet would be on parts hold for the airbag recall, possibly until January of 2023. Sorry.

NRA7000 VIN here. Mine has been built and waiting a month for it to ship. Also located in Missouri as well.

I went back and watched his video and Bummer. He said if it was built before july 9 it could be held up for the air bag. Mine has a I novice date of 6/30 and was returned from the body shop for a second time on August 8. For something, I wish ford would let custom order people know a little more information when these things happen. I think most folks would have more patience if they actually knew what was up. Thanks for the heads up on this
