Just had my xlt done today and the installers found out it is recalibrated when they drive it so no real tool needed I do have the copilot 360. They took it for a spin and said everything is fine. I haven’t checked it yet.

I called ford finance after 21 days and got my account number with out talking to a human then set everything up. Another tip if your last name is in capital letters you have to type it that way when you sync with ford accounts.

Just called dealer and now says awaiting further updates. Not knowing exactly what that means but hope it means they have that chip I need. Has anyone else experienced this.

Congrats to everyone that got scheduled. I’ve been on micro chip hold since 7/9. That is 50+ days. I guess ford has a plan for us. I think I know what mine is.
