One more data point (or possibly just confusion on the part of the very nice customer service rep this morning...) - I just called Ford customer service for one last status check prior to pinging my dealer. She confirmed that I was still "In Order Processing, Unscheduled", and that meant I'd be rolling over to a MY23.

She stated that the order banks would open 9/15/22, and also mentioned that they expected them to only remain open for a couple weeks, and that would be the end of the retail order banks for MY23.

I asked about the private offer and whether I should be expecting an email from Ford, and she stated the private offer would be handled at the time of delivery (rather than at time of order) via SmartVincent. She said that the private offers are sometimes sent via email or other times via direct postal mail.

@fordvideoguy and/or @KevCuRaoi - is this consistent with your experience of the process for other private offers?

She also noted that all rolled over MY22 orders would take precedence over new MY23 orders. I guess we'll see...
I am not sure how you will be notified about the private offer. They may send you something by mail/email.
The instructions from Ford that dealers got this morning tells us to notify unscheduled 22 order holders of the private offer. (Obviously dealers will have to talk to these customers to transition to 23 order).

On our end, it really doesn't matter if the customer has the offer (piece of direct mail, or email) in hand. The offer & certificate number will be in smart vincent when the dealer looks up your incentives/offers.

The complication will be if someone has moved....the offer will be tied to the name and address from the COVP/ROVP for the 22 Maverick.
They will probably be able to fix this on their end.

Does that help answer your question?

If these reflect 2023 price increases, Ford is not really competitive anymore, giving up their niche as the budget truck. With Toyota, Hyundai, Dodge and more supposedly coming with small trucks soon, that seems shortsighted. IF. These could be consolation prize offerings, for having to wait so damned long. Who knows, since Ford can't get their communication act together.
If they become uncompetitive on price and they get too many Mavericks on dealers lots it is easy to add a rebate or financing incentive.

Don't hold your breath waiting for that.

I’m sure dealers have their instructions to reach out to customers too but I sure do hope they send us out offer too.

I’m a confirmed 22 roll-over into 23 and I just got a notice to confirm my email address. So, likely via email with instructions to contact our dealer.

Ford Maverick 2023 Maverick Transition Private Offer Amounts = Hybrid $2750 / Ecoboost $1750 5F0A5D89-2419-4C9D-9115-2A9BD1334402

That is kind of where I'm at..... if we are looking at a $2.7K price increase on the hybrid it's starting to lose some appeal.

How so? If it were $22,745 it's still cheaper than the cheapest Hyundai Santa Cruz available (which is not a hybrid). It's still cheaper than almost any other hybrid vehicle available anywhere. A Toyota Corolla Hybrid starts at $24,000, Hyundai Elantra Hybrid $24,400. The Maverick Hybrid is a truck - larger and more useful than both of these.

I'd still buy it again at $25-26k, no questions.

Once there’s competition, they just use incentives to move them. 0 for 60 months plus 2500 cash!

The information about the private offer amounts is out. By the way, they are not valid with a 2023 Maverick Tremor. Also, these are going out to those with an Unscheduled 2022 order with COVP approval.

Hybrid $2750
Ecoboost $1750

They also mentioned that the 2023 replacement order must be placed by 10/31/22. Makes it sound like they will be requiring new orders will need to be submitted for everyone instead of the 22 orders being transferred over to a 2023 order. I guess we will find out soon.
Any idea when the order banks open up to place my 2023 replacement order.

It’s still the only game in town, they know that. Can always use incentives later, might as well capitalize on what they have now.
