The information about the private offer amounts is out. By the way, they are not valid with a 2023 Maverick Tremor. Also, these are going out to those with an Unscheduled 2022 order with COVP approval.

Hybrid $2750
Ecoboost $1750

They also mentioned that the 2023 replacement order must be placed by 10/31/22. Makes it sound like they will be requiring new orders will need to be submitted for everyone instead of the 22 orders being transferred over to a 2023 order. I guess we will find out soon.

Thanks Tim!

@fordvideoguy is this a flat rate that is not considering the package changes as you mentioned in the past?
Also when you say not valid with tremor package, what does it mean. That if I add the package I will be entitled to zero discount.....

So that means the hybrid is going up by 2,750 then? So MSRP will be 23,705 xl with destination? And 23,180 xl for ecoboost with destination?

25,110 for xlt hybrid

25,545 for xlt Eco
+ 4K if you wanted tremor would be

29,545 + tax etc so like 31kish ?

Lariat hybrid 29,610
Lariat Eco 29,045
If you wanted tremor package 33,045 . So if you wanted co pliot as well if it’s the same price would be 33,695 with destination? Or is this extra incentive all together ?

So the Ecoboost is increasing in price by another $1750?

So how much would a XL 2.0 Eco AWD 4K towing cost?

So I'd say the big winners are those that have an unscheduled MY22 hybrid on order and want to purchase a basic MY23 hybrid XL. Since there were price increases on some packages, I don't think those amounts can be attributed solely to base prices. Hopefully a little bit of incentive in those amounts for those of you having to move to a MY23.

If these reflect 2023 price increases, Ford is not really competitive anymore, giving up their niche as the budget truck. With Toyota, Hyundai, Dodge and more supposedly coming with small trucks soon, that seems shortsighted. IF. These could be consolation prize offerings, for having to wait so damned long. Who knows, since Ford can't get their communication act together.

2022 hybrid is currently $21k plus destination and an Ecoboost now adds about $500.

Those private offers are either an indication of the new 2023 prices OR Ford included some bonus cash in there for the wait.

Either way rolled over orders are winning.

It is possible that the July $1k increase is included in the private offer. No way the December 21 increases are though.

So I understand the 2,750 for my XLT Hybrid is based on my original Base price of 22,280 or the new base price ?
