MY22 XLT Eco boost with Lux Package and Copilot was placed on 12/08/22 with COVP verification. I was rolled over to a new order placed on 09/16/22. No private offer was generated. After calls to dealer and Ford Customer support it turns out my MY22 order is showing as status 02 unbalanced and my MY23 is showing as status 19. The dealer does not how to get the private offer and the Ford Customer Service person is also confused. The Ford Customer service person directed me to the Dealers "Sales and Inventory Specialist" to generate the private offer.
Anyone have this issue or any ideas how to get the private offer assigned to my MY23 rollover order ?
