Same here...build week Oct 17 2022....eta nov 12-18 2022......all I need now are parts.....Just for kicks, I figured I'd hit up Ford chat this afternoon for a status update on my order. Mind you, my original order was Jan. 25, I've seen absolutely no movement so far and my dealer basically told me about three weeks ago that I would be pushed to MY23. Last week, he told me I was 20th out of 21 unscheduled orders at the dealership in terms of order date.
Well, imagine my SHOCK when the customer service rep gave me a VIN, a build week of Nov. 7 and an expected delivery date of Dec. 7. I certainly won't be surprised if there are some additional delays, but the mere possibility of getting my truck by Christmas is amazing. I am not sure it's quite sunk in yet, TBH.
My dealer is Koch 33 Ford in Easton, Pa., and the details of my build specs are Ecoboost XLT, LUX, FX4, 4K Tow, Hot Pepper Red with Full-Size Spare. FWIW, I am sure glad I did not remove the LUX package from order!
Oh, my VIN ends with B11,5XX. So, looks like Ford is up to more than 111,000 Mavericks to be produced.
I'll keep you all posted...
Into November? Well then, I might be getting a '22. Ordered mid October. No sir. They will be builing 22s into November, at least.
Yes. As of now, the week of 11/7 is supposed to be the final week of MY22 production, with MY23 Mavericks being built starting 11/14.Into November? Well then, I might be getting a '22. Ordered mid October.
I'm planning on taking my Granger order as planned since it is both $3k off MSRP and has a production week a month earlier. Once the local order comes in I will either trade the Granger truck on it or decline the local order and keep the Granger truck. Hopefully my plan works out.Sounds like you have a big decision to make. That's a first-class problem!
hmmm...No, I did not get the CP360. The vibrating wheel annoys me. I've been driving for almost 35 years I know how to stay in between the lines. ;-)
congratulations! I did also, and same as yours.I got a vin as well! a 10-27 XLT Hybrid lux order! for build week 10-24
Definitely no guarantee of anything except NOT getting the private offer for rollovers.Getting scheduled is one thing. You can sit there in production for an eternity waiting for the rest of the parts to come. lets hope ford will do you right.
You cracked the code! Ford's allocation system was Biblical the whole time!Well, you know what the Bible says: ".....the first shall be last, and the last shall be first"![]()
