I got a VIN

So just called Ford and turns out I have a build date(Feb 21) and a VIN. Truck is a Lariat with that elusive stand alone trailer hitch, co-pilot 360 and the SIBL package they offered a month or so ago. I tried to enter it into the ford tracking site and it keeps coming back timed out. Anyone else having issues putting in information?

So now I guess I just keep my fingers crossed that the dates hold or at least reasonably close!

Try a different browser - I've had no luck today getting the tracker to give me results on Firefox but it's worked fine on Chrome. Yesterday Firefox worked fine - no explanation as to why this is.

Bill, I had same issue with timing out. Ford said to clear my "cookies". I did that and it works fine ,but only last about 5 days and I need to clear cookies again.

You'll need your dealer's order number for the tracker.

Ah so my first of most likely many changes. Went from a build date of 2/21 to scheduled week of 2/24. let the fun begin. No window sticker available yet.

Bill, I had same issue with timing out. Ford said to clear my "cookies". I did that and it works fine ,but only last about 5 days and I need to clear cookies again.

The best way is to use incognito mode in Chrome or private mode in Edge. I don't use Firefox so I don't know what would work with that.

So checked yesterday and said scheduled week of March 1 and no window sticker. Checked today and in production with a window sticker. So I'm assuming that's good at this point!

I have been getting timeouts on things recently within 2-3 seconds (maybe update on browser wait time for response shortened on last update). Some times if I wait response will happen in several more seconds or after I refresh request 2nd or third time. Could be a delay due to bandwidth crowding and/or traffick monitoring for spam, etc on internet. The very short timeouts I have seen indicates problem when request requires going all the way to originating server vs accessing a copy of site on a more accessible server.

So has been in production since Feb 21 and still in production today. Over a week to build seems a bit long but I've waited a while so hopefully not to much longer.

So just checked and before mine was saying in production since feb 21. Now today the in production date is March 1 so apparently ford has no clue where your truck is!
