Part of the cohort who doesn't receive e-mails from Ford (for whatever reason). No confirmation from them, ditto no FITSmas notice in the inbox

Anyhoo, took a chance and called Ford's toll-free number like 15 minutes ago (last spoke with them in mid November - no status change at that time since order was placed) and the nice lady at the other end provided a VIN and confirmed have moved from 19 to priority 2!

XL Hybrid, hard trifold, bed mat, 'full' spare, AC power outlet. Reservation initially placed August 1st.

You can get an idea of where you are in the build line, if you can get other’s on here with a build date to give the last 5 or 6 numbers if their Vins. That portion of the Vin is sequence of production on the line.

Won’t be exact but it will get you an idea.

She sounded even more excited than I was, said it was her first call of the entire week for which she was able to provide a VIN.

no problem, I was unaware that people were getting their VIN without a build date. I received both together on my first order.

I don't get emails because my email was entered wrong. My dealer did give me my VIN # and order# for my XLT eco boost, LUX, 4x4 tow Pack build, so I was able to look up my order yesterday and I viewed my window sticker. Today I can't bring up my status, what does that mean? Thanks!

My understanding from hanging around this joint is that the tracker site is often ... recalcitrant (in layman's terms, a glitchy PITA).

Nothing to do but wait it out until a new hamster is inserted to make it work again.

My reservation was the same way. Dealer told me by build date would be 1/3/22
