FINALLY - I just got a VIN from Ford

Well, I can not believe it...
July 7th, 2021 order date XLT Hybrid, Lux, SIBL, C360, Area 51. On the customer service chat, I got a VIN.
Scheduled week of July 4th, 2022. One year after ordering.

I thought this week was supposed to be scheduling for 5/30-6/27.

Now the next phase of waiting begins....

Like you- I contacted Ford.com via their website chat, on a lark. Imagine my surprise when after almost a year of waiting (my order date was 29 Dec 2021) based on my order number and dealer name, she came back with my VIN, build week 3 Oct and ETA of 19 Nov. (Lariat LUX, C360)

YEah I got my vin from contacting ford directly as well. Dealer never contacted me at all even when I knew it was getting delivered. To be fair, they were completely swamped. Communication remains a big issue at all levels.
